My CBS All Access app is generally flawless, both on my iPad and TV. I’ve had it “shut down” on my once on each device, but one call to CBS All Access tech support solved it each time, much to my relief. They’re very accessible, helpful, and speedy, and both times the fix was easy. I’ve used this app daily for over 2 years; very inexpensive and easy way to access my favorite shows and avoid cable! I highly recommend!
Garbage app!!!! Won’t allow me to watch the shows that I want! Zero stars!!!!!!!!
Hello dick brain thieves known as cbs... how is it possible you charged me twice on my apple account for 2 subscriptions on the same account???? Why would anyone do that intentionally??? You and appleJACKS are trying to pull fast ones when you think people aren’t paying attention?? For sure I’m not paying you.
I never write bad reviews but this app is unbelievably frustrating to use. The worst streaming app I’ve ever encountered. It freezes constantly. Rewinding or fast forwarding is virtually impossible. Navigation is clunky. Horrible user experience. If I wasn’t addicted to Survivor I would immediately stop paying for this service. Needs some serious improvement. Not right for customers to be paying a fee for something that does not work.
I’d never even heard of CBS all access until I got it to watch a timeless classic and then there were only 2/4 szns..... going 🛩 cry my poor $5.99
Why did I have to download cbs on my phone as an ap and then on Apple TV and have to pay for it the day before it was due for Renewal because o was going to cancel since I somehow got roped into having to buy the one for Apple TV even though I had the free on on my phone. The day I could cancel before it would renew you charged me and the app constantly fails.
Seriously? There are so many other streaming services that I’m already signed up with and I shouldn’t be forced to sign up for a substitute just to see what shows available on your app. None of the other networks do that because it’s stupid when I already have streaming and directTV. It should just connect with that instead
I settle In to watch one of my favorite show, 5 minutes in I get kicked out off the app, then start all over again, finding the show try to move the app forward to where I got kicked out, just to go through it again 5 minutes later, I know for I timed it... Starting to wonder about my self, why do I waist my time like this, and paying for it as well? Will cancel my subscription and read a book instead... LL...
This app would be awesome if you could use it with your tv provider. But CBS just wants more money. I already pay for cbs on my tv why should I pay just because I want to watch from my phone.
I set this up for my mom last year and discovered that canceling was difficult (easy to join, HELL ON EARTH to cancel). IAfter a few months, I did the free trial thinking cancelation process would have evaolved. I tried to cancel again during the subscription but could not. Looked up online and found similar fruustrated people. CBS support referred me back to Apple. It hasn't showed up under my APple subscriptions. CBS gigged me $5.99 (so much for free trial). I'm still in process of cancelation. AVOID unless you enjoy frustration; shows mot worth the hassle.
