I tracked what I ate, drank, when and how much, etc. and by using SnoreLab was able to figure out was was causing me to snore. Still use it every night to track how long I sleep. Great app.
I went from 120 and now down to avg 10 with low of 3. My epic is now 0% and loud is 4%. I now sleep and only wake once to pee. I did many of the suggestions and also started chewing gum 1x day and blowing bubbles to strengthen those muscles. Tilted the bed 4 inches, take hot shower, use eucalyptus essential oil, scrap my tongue, and sometimes I’ll use a nose strip. Also change the sheets every couple days and pillowcases daily. This app makes aware of what you are doing to help and hurt your sleeping. Good luck
This app has enabled me to learn the behaviors and remedies that bring my snoring down to the low single digits and which behaviors to avoid. A great side benefit is to occasionally discover other sounds during the night...things like cats scratching their claws, dog whimpering in dreams, covers rustling, traffic, aircraft going by, coughs, and ...I’m not the only snorer in the room!
I have never paid any many for an app before this... totally worth it... finally found a mouth guard that minimizes my snoring and allows me to sleep much more soundly.... I have one suggestion.... if the developers could create a sleep app within this app that allows me to analyze the QUALITY of my sleep( sleep cycle and how long in REM sleep) , this would by far be the best app on the market...: willing to bet this would be a huge winner.... looking forward to that development....
It held me help my patients, especially those who live alone. I teach them how to stop snoring and they can see that my therapy works!
Have been using the SnoreLab app for sometime as I tried different methods for reducing my snoring. I am finding the SnoreGym app to be very helpful in reducing my episodes of epic snoring. And I still have to go to a dental appliance but am encouraged by results so far.
This is an excellent, well-designed app that really helped me improve my sleep.
Worked great for a while. Then stopped working. Starts up like it is working. Don’t give me an errorajn message in the morning
I was having some symptoms of sleep apnea and since I live alone I didn’t know if I snored when the doc asked me. Instead of getting an overnight test I decided on this app. After a week I took my phone to the doc and showed him my low snore score. We talked further about my symptoms and discovered it was a reaction to one of the drugs I was taking. Nice job SnoreLab!!
Grateful for this app. If only my noisy A/C didn’t come on at night so much. That makes the results a little more difficult to read. Even so, the feedback is very helpful in reinforcing good sleeping habits.
