Don’t take the Oct. 2020 update. The free version will no longer work. The app has repeatedly prompted me to buy the upgrade, but tonight it demanded I view an ad (couldn’t get past that page withOUT viewing the ad - but it left me stuck there, looking at an ad for a mouthpiece. No way to exit that and get back on the app, other than pay for the upgrade, of course.
Was using this app about 4 years back and found it great that time. Started using this back again and the app is working great again. VERY PLEASED with its performance and accuracy. Just a TIP— Weight loss wiill help in reducing snoring. My snoring score used to be around 80. After 65 LB weight loss, my snoring score is under 10.
I was excited to use this app because I’ve been told I snore and talk in my sleep. I set it to Full Night and High Audio Quality for three nights, and set it on my nightstand. I even paid for the yearly upgrade. Nothing. In three nights it didn’t record a single thing. So I downloaded a different app last night. Set my phone in the exact same spot and it recorded twelve different instances of me snoring/talking in my sleep. I’m going to stick with the other app. This one was a total waste of money.
I’ve used it for a week and thought it provided a lot of useful information.
Really helpful app. Highly recommended!
So, I was told I snore. I didn’t think it was that bad, boy was I wrong. I SNORE! This app has helped me figure out what are my triggers and helped me snore less by limiting or eliminating those triggers. I keep next to me on the night stand and it definitely picks up all snores. I was able to realize when (how long after I fell asleep) I snore.
This app literally saved my marriage and my health five years ago. Snoring was so bad, my wife resorted to ear plugs. As a scientist, I sought a way to measure snore level, and this app far exceeded my expectations. It also showed I was still snoring with a custom dental appliance for sleep apnea, and helped convince me to make the switch to a CPAP earlier this year.
I thought I only snored when I was on my back or when my nose is stuffy...nope. I am now going to try Snore gym to see if I can improve my snore sessions. Very eye opening and accurate. I love that you give suggestions for ways to improve you snore score.
Good to know where you stand at the snoring hierarchy:). Now I can work on the remedy. Good job SnoreLab.
I’ve set and taken screen shots of the alarm when I’ve set it within the app. It will not wake you up and when you open the app it shows the alarm is set for pm instead of am. I’ve had to use the iPhones alarm and now recently it’s been crashing the app. Began as a long lag for the app to stop recording when turned off in the morning. Now when the alarm turns on, the screen is off and you cannot turn off or snooze unless you power down the phone which takes multiple attempts.
