Drivers shouldn’t be able to cancel because sometimes I be waiting 20 minutes or more for them to come and then they cancel at the last minute... it’s unfair and I don’t appreciate that if I’m spending my money to use this app then there should be no cancellations on the drivers end. They’ll already be on the way then cancel when they’re 5 minutes away then I have to wait for another one.
My location function didn’t precisely find my exact location. I couldn’t add stops.

Most drivers that pick me up are great except for one he always hits on me says weird stuff and trys to make me pay him outside of using the more then what the app would charge me saying he is on break he shows up at my work randomly trys asking what apartment is mine its very veryyyyy uncomfortable but apparently lyft does nothing about it from what people tell me since alot of other people have the same issues with that lyft driver !
I normally leave a tip for a good ride and clean vehicle.. but this driver was displaying a Trump sign on his dashboard which I feel is inappropriate

I like it most of the time, but sometimes it takes too long waiting for a driver, like late evening. Sometimes I wait 5-10 minutes for a driver and then that driver cancels the ride last minute and I have to wait for another driver. Because of that I feel like I have to take Uber when I want to make sure I get somewhere on time, like when I’m running late.

I’m sticking with Uber, I paid for my ride and had a driver assigned waited 20 minutes then the driver canceled. After that Lyft said there was no drivers available to try again later STILL TOOK MY MONEY and had me waiting and now late to work. There is no customer service to talk to and the only thing online says that there will be a hold on my payment for 5-7 days for a ride I did not get!!
