App in the has be great until recently
I have loved this App for years and it’s been fantastic the compatibility to my Apple Watch. Walking thru Airports you can quickly look at your wrist for Gate numbers & Gate changes. Plus mid air it gives you a constant update for how many hours to landing. I have tried multiple times to refresh & update, turn phone off & on, refresh and and I keep getting a “Add flight on phone / SYNC. Please advise
Barcode scanner does not work on iPhone 14
The app works great until i upgraded to iPhone 14 and now I cant scan the barcode on my boarding pass.

Apple Watch Interface
I am Flight Crew who just discovered this app and I LOVE it for the interface on the Apple Watch on the Watch’s Modular watch face. I just have one suggestion that would be of such great help for Crew who uses this watch interface: On the Modular face, in the Middle complication: Please include the Terminal AND Gate information so we can see it at a glance. One way to make this work is to change the countdown to “Boards In” instead of Check In ends. That’s what most people care about most anyway. So it would look like this: SFO -> EWR UA999 Term A • Gate A17 ——————_____ BOARDS IN 5 min Thanks you!!!!
Simple Multi-Stop Flights not possible
Unfortunately, the app is not able to search/plan flights over several destinations. I can’t see any benefit for me.

Started using App in the Air Before i became a crew member and its always been great
Developer claims they follow Apple UI guidelines... #FAIL
1. There is no way to update or edit loyalty programs. When you have to correct User Name or password there is no option. Only option is to swipe left and either refresh (useless) or trash the loyalty partner and start over 2. Swipe left to refresh program has no visusal cue (like typical three bars) to let user know the option is there. 3. App doesn't understand multiple travellers. It dumps them all into one, even if I booked a trip for another family member (It just grabs everything from email and does one dump). App has potential, but they literally decided to stop addressing issues. What a waste. Trying to get me to upgrade in order to make the app work as it should is a non-starter
Can’t update loyalty programs
Terrible UI/UX. If there is an issue, I should be able to click on the program and update from the program list screen. Beginner UI 101. Product largely useless without it.
Bring back Apple Watch
Been using this app for over 10 years, love how it integrates with my Google calendar so I’m sure never to miss a flight. I love the automatic updates to let you know about delays and gate changes. Sometimes I get it on app in the air before the app with the airline this is always a good thing. I used to have the app on my Apple Watch but for some reason just lately it stopped working and totally disappeared. I’m not sure what happened if there was an update or not, I looked for it in Apple Watch apps, but I can no longer find it and I can no longer sync it with my Apple Watch. If I’m doing something wrong, please let me know but if not, PLEASE bring back this option of having it on the Apple Watch.
