Hopeless app

Hard to navigate and difficult to establish search criteria.... BOS-SFO, no nonstops ??? They use a promotion of a free raffle of free flights for a year but no place to sign up. I expect that. If they tried harder, they could elevate this app to the WORST APP IN 2021 You will be better off just going directly to the carrier web sites

Top of the Class

In terms of flight apps, App in the Air is at the top of the class. The layout is well organized and in the order you would expect when taking a flight. It's comprehensive without being complex. Another big plus for me is ability to sync across all your devices including the Android version of the app. Highly recommended.

Missing airlines?

Just downloaded the app and for my first booking looked at PDX->SFO first class in May 2021. The app quoted United fares and Delta fares starting at $760pp. Alaska Airlines flies that route, first class for $160. Maybe Alaska Air isn’t part of the “group” but why would I spend $500 more for that flight? I’ll pass

Pandemic Update

The COVID-19 pandemic has limited my use of the app due to travel restrictions from my employer. As things start to look a little better, I opened up the app and was pleased with all the new features that have been added over the past year. I have been playing with them and there are great features that have been updated or added. I look forward using the updates and app as air travel starts to open up. Exciting stuff.

Still Annoying

I tried this app 5 years ago and left a 2 star review because of some annoying app behavior. Tried it again (after the developer replied to my FIVE YEAR OLD REVIEW) and am still annoyed. It seems to primarily focus on booking flights. Sorry, but I do that elsewhere and it’s highly unlikely I’ll ever book via this app. I think it has potential for keeping an interesting history of all my flights, but after entering just two (manually), it messed up. Either the app read the flight time I entered wrong or I typo’d the times, but there was NO WAY TO EDIT a flight after it’s in. Tried to delete and re-enter, but I couldn’t even delete a flight! It had an orange error warning come up. For something so simple, I’m not impressed that there’s an error that I found after not much usage.

Developer responded, which counted for a lot

Couldn't find flight with Locator # or Confirmation # Couldn't pull flight details out of emails forwarded from Gmail or Outlook that WorldMate could. The alternative was entering everything manually. That's a no go when WorldMate does all of the above automatically. Avoid as of April 2016.

Great app!

Really helps me managing my flights. I like to keep all notes and booking numbers in the app. Question: does it have a link with the Apple Wallet to storage the boarding passes?
