I love Sworkit and feel so glad I found it. I wanted to workout but was not at a comfort level where I wanted to be around others at a gym or fitness class. Sworkit brought it to me. With descriptions and videos of moves and a large variety of workout options from stretching, to strength, to cardio, yoga or specific workouts like resistance bands and free weights, I get to change up my routines. Sworkit allows me to go with their suggested routines or customize and I can reduce or add to the time or rounds. With the added opportunity of putting my workouts to music, it has changed my views on working out. Thank you Sworkit for helping me become healthier and happier! 😁

I’m a 48 year old man and consider myself in decent shape. No gym rat but I exercise several days a week. Within the last few months I’ve been experiencing joint pain which I’ve never experienced before in my life. The doc said it comes with age and that I should consider taking up Yoga. The Sworkit app offers Yoga for beginners and it’s changing my life. I’m starting to feel myself again and am considering taking up yoga at a more advanced level. I’m fortunate enough to live in a beach town where yoga classes on the beach is huge. Doesn’t get any better then that. It’s become a new passion and I owe it all to the Sworkit App. Thanks
I’m 48 and considered myself in pretty good shape until I went to a work sponsored biometric health fair. By BMI crept up to over 26 without me knowing it. I had to take action! I heard about this app from my two kids and they told me to look at it. I tried it and I’m absolutely blown away! I’ve gone from 196 lbs to 186 lbs since late July and my definition is coming along nicely. This is an incredibly easy app to navigate and you will succeed. I’ve also cut back on calories to 1500 per day. In summary I’m so happy to have found this app! Mark
I’ve been inconsistently using this app for about 4 or so years now and I love it. I re-downloaded it recently to make a more conscious effort to make working out a habit. I saw that it now came at a price after a short free-trial but thankfully, I was able to continue using the app for no cost since I have been such a long time member. The workouts are explained and demonstrated well, making them easy to imitate and being able to alter workout durations and customize the workout altogether work well for me being a “beginner”!
I’ve been using Sworkit for a couple of years now, it’s been on and off, but this is a great app with great workouts and awesome training vids!
I’ve tried so many fitness apps and this one has been my favorite by far!! The workouts are so clear, love the videos and love the structure of the app. It has so many options like cardio, strength training, yoga, pilates or focused on one area only. They also make a plan for you that’s easy to follow. First app that has made me be consisent!
Fix your goddamn bugs, I’ve paid for a year worth of membership but it doesn’t work
Great, this app is like a general practitioner and it gives you information about everything sports, but it also stimulates you.
The #1 problem for me that is that this app isn’t free and you need WiFi to run this. Enough said.
