App doesn’t recognize my username and password
Unable to login
The app will not recognize my username and password. I can only use Baseball America on the web. Oh well.
Great for Right Now Info
Content is great as always, but the app is not user friendly and needs a desperate facelift. Only the last 10 or so articles are readily available to read, which is very annoying this time of year when they suddenly drop articles reviewing every draft class and farm system updates. That and the search feature is broken and will only link to articles with exact phrases in the name. Adding a catalogue and allowing your subscribers to easily access old articles might be a benefit to everyone.

The tweets on Twitter for the International Draft coverage were timely and so informative. Excellent coverage!!!
Great content, bad app
I’d give the app an 80 for future value, but a 45 for present value. I keep they’ll upgrade the app to match the content. It’s not easy to navigate and find stories. They’ll tweet out new articles that are buried or not even available in the app. The app also keeps signing subscribers out, so I find myself more frustrated than not when click on the app.
Rarely updates important content
Just bought the yearly subscription to see the draft rankings and updates for college players. No updates in 6 months, have emailed and dm about it and never seen a response!
Incomprehensible Membership
Online? App? Multiple Platforms? No information that is dependable on how the memberships work. Bait and switch membership fees. What a mess. Good thing I love baseball!
Baseball Sanity
BA has done a great job keeping up with all things Baseball during all this Covid shutdown. College reports, Minor League restructuring.... They have helped me keep my sanity with so little Baseball being played.
