Accepts my subscription money, refuses (!) to recognize me as a “Subscriber “ !

Don’t order temporarily ,cancellation is a hassle

Not like other easily cancelled subscriptions on an Apple device. You have to call during business hours. No button to simply cancel they make It difficult so like me you forget to do it and now $15.00 dollars taken from my account

Tricky

Impossible to change cookie preferences; no access to subscriber services ( just tells you to subscribe if you click on the link) so you cannot pause delivery. So, annoying.

Can’t manage a suspension (vacation hold) on the app

I have to Google “Tennessean Manage Suspension” to get to the page. Why can’t you put this entry on my account page?

Ads Constantly Asking Me to Subscribe

My husband and I are already subscribers. Even when signed in, I get multiple ads in each session urging me to purchase a membership. I can be mid-article or switching to another one and have to exit out of a subscription ad. It makes reading the paper very annoying!
