Nice but totally overpriced
The only function we use on this app is posting daily pictures for family to see. We are not interested in the photo products you can buy, the blog, etc. It started out as free and has unfortunately increased in price every year to the point that it might not be worth it anymore.
Reporting to BBB
I have been a premium member (they just renamed it to Tinybeans+) for years. Never had a problem. On May 19, 2023, I lost ability to post unlimited photos. Tech support told me to unsubscribe and re-subscribe. I did that. I’ve clicked all in-app options for upgrading. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app twice. I am still paying the newly increased price of $7.99 and my app is giving me the free version. Tech support has stopped responding to me. This used to be a great app with great customer service. I don’t know why, but they are having major problems, and aren’t communicating. Buyer beware. I will be reporting them to BBB.
I used to love Tinybeans
I used to love the Tinybeans app. I’m paying for the app so my sister can also use the app but since last moth she can’t post pics anymore. I have emailed Tinybeans, deleted the app and reloaded it. They told me to cancel my subscription and then purchase it again. I have done all that and my sister still can’t post pictures. I emailed Tinybeans again last week and they have not responded. This is so disappointing. It has been such a great way to share pictures with my grandfather.
Please at least just fix the app
I get it, you need revenue, fine. But please at least fix the app so that it opens to the tab I left it on (and not the useless articles that, no offense, no one wants), loads in less than 5 seconds (seriously, this slow in 2021?!), and doesn’t require closing the app entirely and reopening every. Single. Time. I want to refresh the feed. In short - happy to pay for the product I’ve used and loved. Really, really frustrated to pay for a buggy ad grab of an app. :(

Why does it take five minutes to upload just one photo??? Let alone more. I don’t have this issue with any other app
Good app, but can’t load it lately
I like this app. It’s a fun way to track your kids. They know their TM. Unfortunately it force closes for me and has for awhile. Not sure why this is happening. iPhone 14 and 12 mini
Price increase
I love this app but unfortunately I have to cancel my subscription because of the price increase! I live far away from almost all of my relatives and I know they will be sad to see me posting less pictures of my new baby.
Ads in a $80 subscription?
This app is glitchy, especially if you subscribe to more than one journal. I had to have my account completely deleted by the app support so I could start from scratch. Then last week my account was downgraded from the paid subscription to the free. When I contacted them they said they had no record of a payment even after I sent them a copy of the payment receipt. Now my wife who is supposed to be on my subscription and her sisters can’t see either. This app is trash and if it weren’t for family pressure to have all grandkids pics in one place there is no way I would use it. Bad app, poor support oh and I still get adds in the paid version. At $80 per year. Most apps for a few bucks a year are no ads!

I have been using Tinybeans for over a year now and I couldn’t be happier with the app. Tinybeans makes sharing photos and videos of my little ones very easy, specially with family members that are not tech savvy. Tinybeans allows me to keep everyone up-to-date on my children’s growth and development, specially with family members that cannot see them regularly. Overall, I highly recommend Tinybeans to any parents who are looking for an easy and efficient way to share their children. Memories with loved ones. These app has clearly been designed with parents in mind, and the shows in the attention to detail and the range of feature the offers.
Outrageous price hike
We chose this app to share photos with our family and have been using it for almost two years. Aside from being buggy, they just pushed a price hike from $4.99 to $7.99 a month, which feels like a bait and switch. We are reaching out to family members now about switching to instagram because they officially exceeded my willingness-to-pay. Great job, business geniuses at Tiny Beans.
