New “look” is disappointing
I’m a subscriber; so why do I get ads every time I try to navigate to any page? Why do I see pro, college and mostly Bills when I try to navigate to high school sports? Why do I see the same articles as top stories every day, week upon week? I think it’s time to cancel my subscription, because the annoyance is out, weighing the value of what is contained.
Skip the app and read online
As others have noted, the news available on the app appears to be limited to the Buffalo Bills and maybe one other “breaking” story (which isn’t always that current). You are better off going to the website and accessing the e-edition.
App never functions properly
Even though I paid for a yearly subscription through the Apple App Store, the app constantly asks me to sign in, and then tells me the content is reserved for subscribers. Sometimes it works, most time it doesn’t.
Terrible
Constantly kicks me out even though I am a subscriber for hard copy paper delivery.
Poor service
The D&C can't manage home delivery and their app doesn't work half the time. I'm not sure why I pay for this. Plenty of other options for news

I think it’s great journalism. Your reporters, with their resources, do a fine job as far as I’m concerned. I am not only entertained, but I am well-informed by your print edition. I would like to thank each and everyone of you very much. Best regards, Wade Barnett
Never has worked
This app never shows me the paper I pay for! Every other news site work but not the D&C. Start over!
D & C App Needs to Run at least barely
HORRIBLE _ waste of time - most unfriendly Website needs overhauling! DISTURBINGLY BAD!

It’s state of the art. Easier to read than I anticipated and closer than my doorstep.
Lousy App
Constantly locking me out in spite of paying annual fee. Always telling me I must be a subscriber to see a story. One day it works fine, five days it locks me out of some material. Moving to Florida next year and had hoped to keep subscription to stay in the know about ROC. Probably not worth the money unless significant improvements are made.
