Subscription support

As a life long Methodist l am embarrassed by the lack of service from the upper room.As other reviewer I had valid subscription that was terminated .Called and was told problem was on Apples end. Spent an hour only to find problem was on upper room. No solution or refund given. Money not the issue but if this organization wants to remain relevant they need to get their digital act together.

Just use the UpperRoom website

I’ve purchased yearly subscriptions twice before and each time the UpperRoom app says I didn’t purchase a subscription. After sending multiple emails to support, just for them to go ignored, I figured I’d leave a review for others. If you’re a fan of upper room content, you’re better off going online to their webpage to read it for free - DO NOT PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION TO THIS APP!!! Just read the other reviews as well.

I do not understand the need for a password on this app. It makes access a hassle instead of a quick devotional.

App refuses to open

I want a refund. I’ve rebooted my phone, uninstalled the app twice and reinstalled (from the Apple App Store)... and it still will not open. Doesn’t work.

Horrible

Use to enjoy this app. Loved the improvements of the lasted Update till it stopped working, now all it does is crash. Have emailed customer service several days now,no response from them except a generated ticket has been issued. Hope it gets resolved soon or will opt out of the digital and keep just the hard copy

Please do not waste your money! This app does NOT work. Please read the reviews! I didn’t do that until after I paid for the subscription. They took me, don’t let them take you also! These people have desecrated Christ’s Upper Room, with greed. What a shame! I’m very sorry to the people who are a part of The Upper Room family. They have allowed greed to destroy us. I will miss you. Take care Miss Sarah. 😢
