Why can’t I get my pictures if I get a new phone
I have had this app for 2/3 years paid for premium service with cloud backup had to replace my damage phone recently and I tried to retrieve and transfer my photos, it never work I tried emailing Customer service every day for 2 weeks never got a reply from them I have since canceled my subscription
This past December the charge for this app was taken from me via the Apple App Store. Even though I auto renewed, I lost my premium status and am now a basic member. I have sent several emails to correct the situation, but not one response was received by me. I would like to retrieve my fake vault materials, but it appears that NQ Vault has abandoned their commitment to serving their customers and providing paid services as in their customer service agreement promises with contract. Very disappointing!
The program is working for me and I have to open it via the secret code, and I do not know how to solve the problem, and I keep things private.
I had this app for a few years and from a year or so say that my subscription failed but they still getting my yearly fee I do t know what’s the problem but if is not fixed soon I’m gonna delete it and my review gonna be worse...
I can’t export my photos and videos from the vault. Is there a fix to this?

This app was good but after not using it in awhile i opened it up to see hidden vids and it would not load , i tried puting back into the phone album and it said the file didnt support the phone, no answer or email from customer service im highly dissapointed i paid for something and got nothing in the end
