I liked the app when it was working. However, since installing IOS 14 on both my iPhone XS and my iPad Pro, the app crashes five seconds after I open it. I’ve tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it to no avail. I’m unable to use App Support to notify the development team because that function attempts to open the app where I’m supposed to report the issue. I’m now on the paper’s website and am chatting with someone in customer support to let them know of the issue. Their “solution” is to “refresh your tools after few hours and log in again”. I’ll give it a shot later today.

This app crashes upon startup with iOS 14. Confirmed on multiple devices. App notifications do work.
It just continues to reload and have me type in my password. It’s incredibly frustrating because I can’t access my account to change anything or see when I’ll be charged On a renewal.
Requires Sign-In several times a day. When I can Sign-In it’s got more ads than reporting. I’m canceling my subscription.

How do I change the font size? The print is very small on my iPhone.
I have had a subscription for years and have used the app but it won’t keep my info and sign in is always a pain. I accept cookies but I have to keep resetting passwords or signing back in. Terrible
The app keeps showing old articles and is anti-intuitive. They make it very difficult to cancel your subscription.
