I appreciate all of the resources available, but there are some major flaws with this app. First of all, it doesn’t sync with the online version, so devotionals, for example, do not sync. It would also be nice to customize the order of resources, such that your most-used ones are at the top Of the list (or something along those lines).
Bible Gateway offers countless tools, from note taking to reference sources.
More commentaries please. :)
I was very disappointed that I paid for the additional features, but was unable to use them with this app. I use this app predominantly So not being able to use these functions is Very disappointing.
This has become my go to app for Bible study with numerous translations available to compare texts, I couldn’t be happier. I use this daily. Thanks to the developers who put together such an amazing resource, blessings to you all.
One year plan from full site not on app. This is why I wanted app.
There is not a visible name of the book reading and this makes impossible to change or looks for other than the one that is already opened
It really does have a lot of wonderful translations and the app itself is reasonable stable and loads reasonably quickly. My issue is that #1: there no page-turn option for reading text, only scrolling, which often causes or exacerbated headaches for me. #2 I cannot see the Greek text in the inter linear version on iPad, only iPhone. Actually I can’t see it on my mom’s Android-OS phone either. So perhaps that’s more of a bug than a design choice. Still my go-to app for translations and loading speed =)
