I had bought a years worth of the magazines, lost my internet at one point so I didn’t renew and now all the magazines that I bought are gone! I can’t believe it. So upset with this all.
I just signed up for subscription, unable to sign in. Would like hard copy, no phone number to call someone!
The app has changed so much over the years. I am not able to even use it anymore and i have just renewed recently and I have an iPad Pro. Ridiculous. Repeatedly locked out on my iPad.
But your “info page” doesn’t really say whether the online version is accessible with a paid print sub. I’m to believe it doesn’t but... would like to know for SURE if that is a perk or not. Secondly, looks like you have MAJOR issues with accessing the content anyway, therefore, I wouldn’t spend any extra money in getting it. If I thought I DID have an online account and tried logging in... the site does not have a forgot password link. Very strange setup for sure. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT... and I haven’t even accessed any content. SMH
After several days of back and forth emails with them, this app is a disaster and still doesn’t work. Supposedly subscribed, the app still won’t let me access content. It gives me 4 minutes to look at content and wants me to purchase, at $4.99 a pop, each issue. I’m done. I want my money back.
If you’re going to charge people for a electronic version of your magazine perhaps you should h@vecan app that works. I want a refund as I your app will not let you view the magazine. HORRIBLE
Paid and can’t access and unable to reset username and password
I have been trying for months to get my online issues to no avail. I have a current subscription but it wants me to pay to get access.
I don’t like it . Give me back my old app!
The app would not accept my my password, then when I tried to change my password using the “forgot password”, it didn’t send me the link to change it. After three tries, I gave up and canceled my subscription. Hopefully, it DID cancel my subscription. I’ve seen better apps written by high school students.
