I love that this app syncs to my iPhone & iwatch which makes it so much easier to keep track of movement/workouts. It’s very helpful for me to be able to track my calories and see the daily percentage breakdown. Very easy to use! 👍🏻
This app coupled with the activity goals on my Apple Watch enabled me to lose 23 pounds in the first 6 weeks of use. Haven’t changed what I eat, but instead, how much of it, and when (not the time of day, but rather, not to load up on a single day). The ONLY thing I would like to do is be able to delete some of the “my food” entries that I made from time to time. Occasionally, a mistake is made and you can’t get rid of it. If it wasn’t for that, I would give it 5 stars.
The sync function periodically doesn’t work. Lots of food has been entered into the system, but the info is wrong. Pretty sure there has to be a better app for this stuff out there.
The one thing that pisses me off is when u tryn enter your own food info for a custom food it says error a lot, please fix
Try it, stick to it, and you WILL lose weight. I am pretty fit in general, but occasionally I see my weight creeping up by 6 or 10 lbs and then I use MyPlate. The results are immediate. First days are real easy, 7 days are just a bit harder (but usually have lost 3 lbs or more) and then the longer periods are a bit harder but you begin to know what not to eat. The very best thing about this app is that it will automatically credit you with calories for chores, like mowing the lawn, if you allow it to access data from the Health app. It will also gather fitness data from Strava etc. so there is not much to tediously enter. Of course, exercise is key to weight loss and well being, so do that and the eating part is a LOT easier. Highly recommend this app! Can you tell?
I haven’t really been looking for an app like this until recently. I found this one mainly for tracking my food but the exercise feature is great! It’s nice that most of the features don’t require premium but I’m tempted to get that too. It’s awesome, very precise and easy to figure out. I love it!
I have started using this app not too long ago, I have definitely started seeing results. I recommend this app to anyone trying to lose or gain weight.
I love it’s calorie and food tracking, the scanning feature is really convenient. Dig the fitness tracking and the link to the Apple fitness tracking. One super annoying thing is that they show you all these beautiful recipes, but there’s no way to save them anywhere. It’s like they think when you are using the app you will spontaneously decide to make that. Nope, I’d save it for later...if I could.
