The app will not let me read the article
App is constantly asking me to sign in again and again.
For such a large publishing organization, this app seems a half-hearted effort. This week, only half of the edition loaded. Everyday, when one tries to read an article located on the lower half of the page, when zoomed in, I am unable to center the article for reading. The page resets itself to where it wants to go making the bottom half of the page unreadable. This condition has persisted since the beginning and still not remedied. The app is better than touching one of their Covid-laden papers, but not much. Btw, don’t expect any good writing either; most of the articles are wire service or editorial articles. There is no journalism any more particularly here. While I wrote the above nearly a year ago, the problems persist with the addition of another. When one highlights an article to read it up close, it NEVER NO NEVER loads. It’s time this has been paper solves what little it can. This app is a disgrace and maddening enough to precipitate cancellations.
Every time I open the app through a push notification my iPhone opens up the Dicks Sporting Goods app. I don’t understand why that happens. It’s very annoying. Please make it stop doing that.
In the last 24 hours, I’ve used this app for 1 minute. Meanwhile it’s drained 30% of my battery (the #1 battery user!) with 23 hours and 59 minutes of background activity. Maybe y’all should fix this? There’s absolutely no reason for this app to be consuming that much battery in the background.
I no longer wish to receive or read this biased and one sided newspaper. If I could submit 0 stars I would do so - but It will not allow it.
The Morning CALL has remained my go to source for news my entire life. One of the best sports pages and entertainment pages you’ll ever see. Thx @MCall
Probably pwill cancel
As a paying subscriber there are way too many advertisements on the morning call app. Will soon unsubscribe.
Over the last year or so, the functionality of this app has greatly improved. The content, as always, is top notch.
