Local stores will not take responsibility for app errors and you can never get a hold of someone at corporate. Don’t use if you don’t want to risk them stealing your money

The worst fast food app

It’s impossible to get refunds through this app if the restaurant can’t make your order, and the restaurant refuses to refund you as well, insisting that “you can do that in the app.” If you try to use the app to contact the company about issues/needing refunds, Taco Bell completely ghosts you. Absolutely abysmal.

Delivery never arrived.

This review is more directed at the app/ service used to deliver. I paid for food, delivery fee & to tip my driver and never received the order! I am very upset that someone stole my food and money and I’ve used the contact us section on the app 3 times and always select to get a follow up from a team member and it’s been a little over a week and I still haven’t received a refund and I still haven’t haven’t heard back from anyone. The local store told me I had to use the contact us section as the app is from a 3rd party. Overall I live in a small town and was so excited to see they deliver but this has really bothered me that they will not fix this issue and do what is right. I am more upset that we have someone that’s local employee that is a thief and no one cares to look into it. All I know is I got text saying david H was my driver but david H never arrived & Taco Bell will not follow up with me.

Used to be great…now it’s a headache

I love Taco Bell and the app was great. The last 2-3 months, every time I try to order, I add something to my cart and as I’m checking out, it tells me it’s not available (not because it’s sold out…it’s just not available). The breakfast box for instance, allows me to customize, select my options etc and add it to my cart. It doesn’t tell me that it’s not available until the very end at checkout. It’s so frustrating. Also, I only eat chicken at Taco Bell…so for as long as I can remember, Ive been ordering the chalupa and swapping the beef for the chicken. Now, chicken isn’t even an option…but potatoes is lol. Ok that’s great, but chicken is a more popular item then potatoes so why would you remove that option??? Very disappointed. My kids and husband love the breakfast box…no idea why it’s on the app if you won’t allow ppl to order it. Ridiculous. I wanted to give 1 star from the frustration the last few months…but in the past, the app was great so I added one for that reason alone. Please fix this

Charged twice

I recently bought Taco Bell on the app placed my order which was $26 for it to be cancelled by the app I try again realizing I got charged twice for $26 how is the app going to change me twice even though it cancelled my first order

Use to be great…not anymore

My orders through the app in May and June have not saved the customizations that I have made to my order like it’s done in the past. My son is autistic, so texture is a big deal. I’ve customized his food to not have sour cream or lettuce and both times it has not saved and my order is made with those ingredients. I questioned one location and expressed that there may be a mistake with the app, and was told by the employee “well, we made the order right…” and refused to accommodate me. I made a complaint through the app asking to be contacted last month and was never contacted. This app is pointless, better going somewhere else if you want to order ahead or you’ll just have to go inside your Taco Bell location to place your order.

Order never came. Order is still pending almost a week later. Emailed customer support, sill no response. App has no way of getting support for an order.
