Magazine content is good but app is horrible. Extremely frustrating not being able to access new issues when I have active subscription. Fix it or I am canceling.
Worked great when I first switched from the paper version. Crashes every time I close it and try to reopen. Requires deleting the app, reloading, and verifying my subscription if I don’t read each issue cover to cover. I subscribe to three TEN Publishing Magazines and everyone of them does the same crash and burn routine. If you read the reviews in the App Store you will find this problem has been ongoing for months without any effort to fix it. Maybe the folks at TEN should look at the platform National Geographic uses. The magazine is much more complicated, wonderfully interactive, and it has never crashed once on my iPad Pro.
I sent support a question a week ago and still no answer...pretty bad.
App will not restore my subscription.
Looks like if I am already subscribe to the Magazines, I shouldn't have to subscribe on here too. That's just stupid!!!!
Poor support, developer support link is inop! Paid for yearly subscription and I am still being asked to pay for monthly issues.
Worked fine with ios7, after upgrade to ios 8it crashed.
App no longer works after upgrade to iOS 8.
Downloaded off of iTunes Store as an $8.99 per year digital magazine but couldn't view more than the cover of the magazine. Also the "Opt out" link doesn't work to block future junk mail. Hope I can find a live link to get my money back. Really wanted the magazine, used to get it in paper.
