This is crazy. One week trial with an auto-subscribe for 1-year and you’re on the hook for $50. Caught me in a pinch trying to appease a toddler and get some work done during COVID and now I just dropped $50 on an app that I deleted the same day I downloaded for the trial. Sketchy business practice at best!
It shows that you get a free trial, I went to cancel my membership before my trial was up bc we didn’t like it and they had already charged us for a whole year!! Not the monthly amount showed when signing up! I’ve have been emailing them for a month and a half with no response short of there hi we’re super busy it will take 5-7 days to respond! So angry
The content was very focused on memorization and meaningless facts, and my child lost interest almost right away. Khan academy or Starfall are better cheaper options. Be sure to cancel the auto renewal on the free trial right away because it will renew for an entire year if you forget. You can still access the app for 7 days if you cancel the trial subscription.
This is my first day and I’m not sure why but I’m logged out every time I exit the app or try to choose a new activity. Logging back in is nearly impossible because when I’m asked to hold the 2 circles, nothing happens and it goes back to the log in page. It is so frustrating. What am I doing wrong? I’m seriously considering canceling and deleting app after one day.
This game seems like a great game. You start to load the game and it pops up with a cost. It mentioned no cost when advertised. If a game costs please list cost upfront so you don’t waste time downloading.
This thing said I could start the trial of the app but charged $40 right away and no way of cancelling my “trial”. The graphics aren’t as good and have some bugs on the tapping. Some of the activities are very frustrating. The voices are very low on some activities with the background music too high. My toddler liked some of the activities but got bored with others because of the way it was presented (and so did I). I would like to get a refund because I’ve seen some other apps that are way better than this one.
Signed up for the monthly and was charged annually, emailed few times with no luck they took my money but on my iPhone subscriptions is not even listed so I have no way to contact them or cancel this app is bogus in a scam. Beware
This app is a scam. Some of the games may be beneficial but a lot of them can be compared to putting your child in front of YouTube. The worst part about it, however, is that the “free subscription” is a scam. APPARENTLY if you want to cancel, you have to cancel through iTunes AND make sure you go on the website because if your information is stored in their database, they WILL charge for the whole year. I cancelled on iTunes as instructed on their website and still got charged. We only found out through some serious digging that we had to cancel by logging on to the website and unsubscribing through there. Customer service is unreachable. I have emailed them twice and called the number that was on the “receipt” they sent me but the number was disconnected. How is the number disconnected on the same day I receive the receipt?? It’s all a scam and I’m still trying to get a refund. It’s been 2 weeks....the only reason I gave it “1 star” was so that I could leave a review. Otherwise, they’d get 0 in every area. It’s not worth the headache when there are so many better learning apps out there.
I signed up for unlimited access and my child can’t even play the games. It would load then close us out. It only allow us to select a few games to learn.
wow can’t believe I paid $59.99 for this app- the games are not rewarding or intriguing at all for my toddler, they are all basically the same game with different graphics hastily thrown together, with no thought put into them at all, by the creators who have no regard for their audience and only care about $$$$$
