Hey Team! It’s impossible to add a buddy, I click my friends’ link and nothing happens. Same for him. There might be a bug. Can you please fix? Thank you 🙏
Headspace helped me start and continue a journey with meditation, and my wild mind feels better for it. Before trying Headspace, I was convinced meditation wasn’t for me. I’d try to sit and think nothing, but would end up fidgeting, restless, and just give up. The beginner series on Headspace held my hand through the learning curve with guided meditations, detailed tips & tricks in the form of fun animations, and calm reminders to let thoughts pass. I love watching the Wake Up and trying out the daily meditation, and am especially stoked about the unexpected content like mindfulness and money, yoga & movement, and creativity. My practice isn’t perfect, but it’s a lot easier to dive back in with the guidance & resources I find on Headspace.
Really enjoying the ease of this application.
I look forward to my daily meditation with Andy, Eve, Dora or Kasonga. I find the Headspace teachers so helpful and they give me ways to improve my life through a consistent practice. Thank you for giving me the tools to train my mind.
Good app. When I was 19, I started feeling depressed for some reason. After getting some really negative thoughts, I realized I needed help. So I downloaded headspace after reading about it in my favorite magazine. I’m almost 24 now, and I feel a lot better.
If you want yet another space filled with an identity-based egocentric focus on immutable characteristics, they’ve got whole new sections just for you! To really experience the Oneness of the Tao, you want to split people into as many subgroups as possible and really drive home those differences. In all seriousness download the Waking Up app by Sam Harris and don’t let this cancer spread to your mindfulness practice.
As someone just getting started with meditating, I began with “Basics” and appreciated the functionality of selecting how much time I can choose on a meditation session. After completing Basics, I didn’t see any direction on where to proceed next. There were a lot of courses that didn’t seem to apply to where I wanted to grow. After trying some courses here and there, I saw in the “Today” tab a video acknowledging they received feedback regarding how to navigate to the next group of sessions after Basics. I started “Headspace 365” and the functionality of selecting the amount of time I had to meditate disappeared from the settings within each course. Sessions are stuck at a little over 21 minutes for the remainder of the 10 months I’ve been using this app. For several weeks the sessions started out with the presenters voice sounding like digital noise. Instead of sessions being “guided” throughout, the sessions include long periods of silence that make me wonder if either I or the presenter fell asleep. It seems like the same things are said over and over with little new information or areas to improve mindfulness. This app is good, it just needs some work.
Simply the best, I tried a lot of the los popular meditation apps but I keep coming back to headspace.
