Not satisfied, I will not upgrade and pay for this.
It’s so difficult to make selections, you choose any location, for ex: your selection of countries, states etc, the app has its own mind it will not allow you to choose what you want. I don’t get it.
Worst app to find any match
Pathetic and useless app. Worst app with dirty people.
$189 wasted ☹️
I used this app last 6 months. I had a Diamond plus membership. I paid $189 for premium service. Instead of getting new matching profiles i got the same profile for several months. It’s not updating. There’s a lots of inactive profiles. Just after getting the premium membership they called me several times for purchasing VIP Shaadi. Totally good for nothing. I wasted my money. Don’t purchase this app.
Terrible
Terrible user interface. Stupidly difficult to navigate. It is sad that there have apparently been no improvements after so long.
Profiles without pictures
Shaadi app overall is ok but their profile policies are bad. There are about 90% profile with no pictures. How can someone, regardless of the gender can like a person without looking at the picture. Idea behind it is first person should communicate and then share picture. This policy need to changed
What a piece crap app
Don’t have words. You have violated terms and they don’t provide you a reason. But we have listen to them since this is their scam business. They ask you provide photo ID, ask you for your educational documents and work documents, come on seriously. Unless people are getting married over phone or WhatsApp. Face to face in person, families meet and talk, share details. Why is Shaadi a middlemen here. Why would I want to share my personal documents with Shaadi and still get scammed or people not responding to any messages or not serious about marriage. Their VIP service is just waste of money, before you decide to invest money try to read reviews. Shaadi people creates profiles calls you 1 million times, once they make a group on WhatsApp. They are done. Members don’t connect back neither you hear anything from them. Save yourself the hassle. Until you pay them with their so called membership, they will show good matches and best matching profiles. Once you pay, here goes everything. Bunch of profiles without photo or any information, the number doesn’t work, email nobody cares to see.
Unnecessary contacts
I care particularly mentioned my caste and there are so many bombarding messages from other castes. It’s more time consuming to decline them where I can spend time on looking for what I want. Make sure to filter in wanted matches.
Chat box seems not working properly
Overall it is great site with the real profiles. Issue: They have Chat facility. Seems like message delivery has some issues. I sent couple of messages 9 hrs ago to three profiles but I am still seeing “One tick” only (even though I can see those 3 profiles are online) They say * One tick mark means message has been sent * Double tick indicates the message has been delivered. * Double blue ticks indicates the message is read. So they should test and fix it right away.
Never get a suitable alliance.
They need to redesign their selection criteria to suit US requirements especially educational part.
Ideas for improvement
1. The inbox on app shows a count of invites when you are on another tab but when you click on it, it does not show any invites. When I go to my laptop I see the invites. 2. When you are reviewing the matches the option to go back or close the current match is white color and is not visible. It gives the impression that you cannot move away from current match.
