Losing remote connection

The new version/update keeps dropping connection and “attempts to reconnect” I have to close the application and relaunch it.

I left and came back

I tried another service because it was cheaper. After being stranded TWICE out of town with no access to my office computer because the other system malfunctioned and showed it offline, I came back to LogMeIn. Cheap isn’t cheap if it doesn’t work.

No place to cancel subscription!! be ware of hassle autochage!

They don’t alert you before the date of automatic subscription payment like any other respectable service will do, and you will be surprised and stuck with a full year subscription! There is also no where in their site to cancel your subscription, I have contacted them them through email to cancel it and retrieve the subscription that I don’t want to use, and I am still waiting for their response!

Latest version very buggy

Version 4.1.7398 quits almost immediately when opening a file. Remote desktop seems to work ok. iOS 12.3.1. iPhone X

The service works fine mostly, Too expensive

On the basic plan you only get two computers to access and for what you have to pee annually I think it’s a poor value you also cannot access network attach storage on the file transfer function as well as some software will not display properly like Drobo, or some versions of Internet explorer through the terminal window

Weeks well with very few issues over many years. On the rare occasions when issues have come up the customer service responds quickly and resolves the issue. I have placed this software in multiple businesses I am associa5ed with.

Outrageous Price increase on Central Basic..

Let me give you some context..I’m a self employed computer tech who has been using Logmein since 2007 and there service and product I’ve been great..but a found out today that Logmein got rid of the Central Basic 250 seat plan that I’ve been on for over 8yrs now and will make me go to the so call New Base plan which will change my yearly subscription from $1199.99 to $3479.99, that is almost triple the cost...needless to say this can not be right or good for business...I did speak to one of there sales rep and they will give me a discount but still the cost will be twice as much...I was told about 5yrs ago that the $1199.99 price is what Central would be lock in on price...VERY DISAPPOINTING and is having me look for other options... Sincerely, A upset customer..
