App just spins while loading computers. What am I paying for?
Latest update takes FOREVER to load the Home screen (computer list) on iPad and is otherwise buggy in general. It is so bad that I am CANCELING the paid subscription that I have had for over a decade ($900+ per year). This is a mission critical application for my business and it simply does not work anymore. Very disappointing!!
The latest update broke the app. When the personal password screen comes up, there is no way to open a keyboard and no pull down letters. So it is no longer possible to login! Customer support was useless.
I’ve had more problems lately with my account taking a long time to authenticate to the LogMeIn servers. The interface is a bit better, but there has not been any major improvements to the workflow.
Nothing works since the new version of the app was released. Terrible design decisions. What a waste of effort. Go back to the old app that worked.
I used to use Logmein on my iPad Air and on my iPhone. It still works on my iPhone, but now that I have an iPad Air Pro I can’t get past the main screen that shows my computers. Cannot select any of the computers and the their is a continual double icon spinning in the middle of the screen.
Immediately quits. Any way to revert to old version?
They have increased their price so much over the past 14 years and their product is becoming worse. They do an update and move things around for no reason making one find everything again and waste time. They take away features and do not respond to complaints. Ridiculous! will need to find an alternative finally. This time besides all the money I’m paying & have paid with their crazy price increases, they have just done enough to make me move. Started off as a great product but has become horrible now.
Good luck trying to contact them. The app contact does not work. I have called 2 times to cancel service for which they told me they cancelled it both times and apologized. Just received my 3rd notice in the mail. This is borderline harassment.
