Amanda Carpenter I never received an email frm her @ 11. I was told my loan would be finished w/in 5 hrs. yesterday. Now today, I’m told the email was sent @ 11 by Docu-Sign, but I never received anything. I just happen to call around 2:30 to be told it’ll be sent again. Well, I had to call back because it wasn’t sent by 3:00. I needed the funds by then. Guess that’s why I’m not u der standing what the hold up was. Now, I have to wait for the processor to review it and ok it? I’m lost! I just got a loan frm you guys a couple months ago and I NEVER went thru all this. I hope it’s not personal on Amanda’s part because of some credit card issues we had before, if I remember correctly. Dissatisfied customer

Difficult to switch back and forth to get code
I’m a new customer so far to Cambridge and my Rep Tim Greenfield had explained the program very well as I will move forward!! I’m trusting the process and the great rating the company has!! Ken
You make me change my password every time I sign in. And then it took 14 different verifications to make it happen. I don’t know of any other log in that needs that much verification. You don’t need that much security. Your product isn’t that special.
