Constant freezing over airplay, not to mention no app on Apple TV. Have never had a good experience. You would figure with all that revenue the big ten could figure something out...
This app is a mess in every way. From tech matters to editorial to design. It all stinks !!
The app crashes constantly.
I don’t understand why BTN can’t update their app and bring it into the modern day of technology. Horrible streaming. Crashes every time it’s connected to an Apple TV. Consider getting an app for Apple TV
Kept stopping when I was watching, usually every 30 seconds to 5 min and I’d have to reload it or it would sometimes play on its own again, usually at least 20 seconds later and I’d miss 20 seconds
Low bandwidth causes frequent freezing issues and poor quality. Plus the lack of AppleTV app is a big minus. Tried watching on several different platforms/isp and even wired connection and its still glitches.
I have a years subscription to BTN2Go. I have not been able to watch games consistently for several weeks. The problem according to tech support is with roku and apparently is not fixable. Just to add to the frustration, it worked for a softball game yesterday, otherwise, no reception today for anything. I have spent hours trying to fix this and have been told to watch games on a phone or iPad. Really? Get your act together.,
Worst app I have ever purchased! The Big 10 should be embarrassed to put crap like this out. Never been so frustrated trying to watch baseball and softball. Save your money and listen to radio!
I was watching the Wisconsin Indiana softball game and the announcers, much like every other game, made numerous mistakes that were so often repeated that they stopped being irritating and fell toward the humorous side. The word phenomenal ended up applying to everyone except the pop vendor who was merely outstanding. The announcer continuously referred to a runner on third base being only 90 feet from tying the game or 90 feet from scoring the lead run. You would think a runner standing halfway between second and third would be easy to pick off. One other example, with a runner on first base and one out the batter hit an infield pop up that was mishandled. The runner from first was thrown out at second at which time the announcer, in his uniquely homespun manner proceeded to explain the rule that was supposed to um uh um not allow um uh that. I believe he was incorrectly referring to the infield fly rule. He should read up on that one. Not since “whose on first” has an announcer so entertained me with his explanation of the action.
They advertise games being on BTN2Go then the games aren’t on.
