I listen to several hypnosis apps to help me lose weight. They are helping me keep my resolve and attitude in the right spot. This one is my favorite because I love her voice and the beach background sounds. I listen to it at bedtime and find myself looking forward to this time of deep relaxation and positive thinking. It's changed me from a night owl that dreaded going to bed to a person who is early to bed and refreshed the next day. Awesome!!
The first thing we do is relax the body.. I am usually out soon after that. A nice way to fall asleep and feel better tomorrow. Definitely recommend the peace, meditation and exercise encouragement sets. Good night to you all.
My son is 9 and severely ADHD. Sleep is difficult for him and often he must take medication. Recently he has become curious about meditation, a play therapist had mentioned it to him and they did some exercises together. Then I stumbled upon this app. I purchased several different ones but loved all of them. A week ago, my son snuggled into my bed and on a whim, I fetched a speaker and put it at the foot of the bed, set ocean waves as background and played 'pure peaceful meditation'. My son fell asleep quickly and slept quietly the entire night! He has requested this app almost every night since then. Her voice is so calm and relaxing, I usually nod off on the staircase. I can't praise this app enough, would give it 10 stars if I could!
