I have uploaded 100’s of videos off the coaches eye app to YouTube to save storage space on my phone. Then an error message started appearing saying that the app couldn’t communicate with YouTube. Called tech support and said that the issue has to do with YouTube and perhaps my password changed for YouTube. I asked if the problem was solvable and the lady said yeah at this time we have no solution. Loved the app up until now. I have had this app for over 6yrs.
Great for training usage and correction.
Love this app, especially on my plus size phone!
Can’t upload clips anymore, keep getting an error message. Have only used 57% of the 2MB of storage. Rip off for $4.99 or any price. Look somewhere and save your money.
The app is very limited on its ability to import files from the iPad camera filmed in slow motion. The iPad can record video at 240 fps, which is very helpful to evaluate technique. Unfortunately the app can import only small files thereby limiting its utility. If you have a newer iPad you don’t need this app.
Easy to use -- especially sending videos by e-mail.
The app is fine, but I wish I knew it couldn’t trim a video before I bought the app. It seems like a pretty basic feature.
Overall, a helpful app. Several things could make it better: ability to crop, rotate. Without the option to rotate, sometimes it defaults to where you can’t view your video full screen in the orientation you’d like. Secondly, disable “app switching” by swiping. Often times I am swiping to speed through a part of the video and inadvertently swipe out of the app.
The best coaching app I’ve ever used.
Excellent movement analysis tool. Can even sync videos to do a virtual race! Slow mode and manual speed control really pin down athletes problem areas
