Don’t use GPS option for logging miles. It doesn’t work. It looses connectivity and the app closes, causing the logged miles to disappear. 😕 Also, even though we have a Corp account, it starts to want to charge for smartscan after 4 monthly scans.
There is no way to get your data off. Emails back and forth and they just send directions that go nowhere. Be prepared to get bomber with emails. 100’s of spam emails as well.
Don’t use the GPS portion, it won’t track you and you will lose all your miles. They say they fixed it but they didn’t and they aren’t taking the problem seriously. Don’t use this app!!
It’s ok for the most part. GPS always closes on you for no reason so you have to start up tracking mileage and hope it’s right. For the past few weeks the app keeps logging me out and I loss expenses I’m creating. It could be better 🙃
It's spinning away in the background as I type this. In general: they did a poor job of navigation and workflow both on the app and on the website. Our admin says that her side is also frustrating.
It is impossible to contact anyone on the phone. Takes days to get a response to emails.
GPS mileage tracker shuts down and is often terribly wrong. Everyone n my company is very frustrated by this app. Seems to be full of bugs. Even as I write this review I can’t see the text because it is white font on white background.
Virtually impossible to use. Can’t fix any expenses because it says it has to finish loading all tasks first. But that can take several minutes. And the tasks are useless Expensify promotions like their credit card, which our company does not use.
I signed up for the $4.99 service after trying for free. Expensify has not only double or triple charged my credit card every month but then will it respond to any requests to fix. Do not do business with this company.
