Forces you to use the app from the web and it never carried your task across to the app. Terrible
If your work uses this app, I feel very sorry for you. If you have any problems related to an expense, good luck with talking to their “concierge” automated bot. It is an extremely frustrating process and they seem totally fine delaying payments for weeks during a pandemic! Would not recommend.
I’ve been trying to get y’all to stop charging for this app but I haven’t had any luck. I’ve even call the number on my bank statement and they can stop it they said I have to go through expensify but still no luck at all. I canceled this app over a year ago. I need help please with this.
I have a 15 user small business account and subscription. The interface is kludgy for business policy set up. We worked through it and managed to make it more or less workable for our needs, however, prices have changed year-over-year and they are very inflexible, even in the middle of Covid. Chatbot service isn’t great and documentation is poor. Scanning performance is usually mediocre at best.
Started a new job with a small company and did not receive any training for expense reporting. I Was a little intimidated to do my first expense report but Downloaded the app and connected to my company portal quickly. I did two expense reports in less then 10 mins with 30+ receipts. Easy to use and learn.
Do not trust this app. It does not function properly and will clock abs lose all of your info suddenly.
They are offensive political
The product works as advertised but the company added a group account to mine that raised the price to six times what I agreed to after using it for a year. When I brought it to the companies attention they wouldn’t issue a refund. They were charging me $30+ per month for what was a $5 per month item. Go with quick books.
No saving receipts anymore!
