Greatest OBD scanner/customer service

There is nothing this scanner can’t do. I was Team OBDEleven for the longest time when I had a VW but my friends would ask for help in their cars but they weren’t VW group. This product changed everything and even though it’s a subscription service to be able to long code on every vehicle, it is well worth it for everything this scanner can do for you, and I do mean EVERYTHING. On top of that the tech support team is willing and eager to help with any needs and they reply very fast.

not for everyone and could be a scam

i bought the premium package and the all vehicle add on it also says on their we site that the obd scanner will be free. after payment i never recieved a confirmation that the obd scanner will be sent to me nor asked me for my mailing address. it took 3 days after purchased to recieve a reply from their support telling me that i have to BUY THE BASIC PACKAGE just to get the scanner. he even mentioned in the email that he will give me a 10% discount for the basic package.. only idiots will pay $200 just for an bluetooth enabled obd scanner. BUYERS, Bmw DIY'ers..BEWARE!

Thiefs and Scammers! Read the whole review and buy any other scanner

I purchased my scanner for $80 a few years ago, and then also purchased a year of the smart mechanic service that googles the code and tells you how to fix it automatically. It was an ok feature, but not necessary so I didn’t purchase the subscription again, because I can Google the codes myself. So I continued to use the scanner to read the codes on my cars, until today. They updated the app and made it so the app doesn’t show you the error codes without a subscription, even though this was a feature that I paid for and had used for years. This is ridiculous, check the other 1 star reviews too, they show other aspects of how this company scams people. Terrible stay away

There is no option to reset service and oil reminders and remaining kilometers. Otherwise works OK

Still can’t use my older Carly OBD unit

When are you going to fix this app so it works with your older adapters again??? I don’t want to have to shell out money to upgrade. You should send me a free upgrade.

Kia Niro 2018 No Used Car Feature or any features

Purchased to try the used car feature on my Kia and app was empty, as in no features available. don't waste your time trying on your Kia. and yes I did purchase the full version which luckily included a free month. I canceled and returned the device. Now I know why they are offering a free month trial.

BEWARE of extra charges

The app works but the one time payment transformed into a recurring yearly payment without my knowledge. Once I got charged it became impossible to get my money back. Be very careful if purchasing.
