These guys are amazing! I asked a question, and received an answer that is easy to understand, and I don’t have to be a car mechanic to understand. The latest software update makes it easy to manage all your cars, and see what is available! You must remember that some functions are not available, due to the VEHICLE, not the Carly software. Well worth the price. Buy the hardware, and the software, and you will be amazed! Thank you!
Waste of money. This has only ever been frustrating to use, half the time it won’t connect and yes I’m updated to the latest version. It gives the options to scan for codes but only let you clear them I don’t want to clear them I NEED TO SEE THEM! 😡🤬

I see complaints about the subscription fee, but you get what you pay for, folks. I have 2 BMWs and a Mazda. I use Carly for all. It gives me the knowledge to make rational arguments with the service shops. I was able to diagnose a problem with my M3 last year and tell the dealer what needed to be fixed, after he couldn’t figure it out. Saved me huge $$. I have cleared intermittent “check engine” faults that would have cost me hundreds to get cleared at the dealer. And when I had problems using the Gen2 device, Carly shipped me a Universal device at no charge that fixed the problem. And the CEO followed up. Carly is the REAL DEAL.

Hands down the best app in its category. Well worth the money and will save you a lot of money and trouble. Customer service has been great also. I had a problem with my adapter and Carly sent out a new one the next day. I will be a subscriber for life.
Yes, there is a subscription and yes, you must use the Carly obd device... and yes, Carly supports all makes and models, and yes it’s easy to use and even allows for some neat customizable stuff... and, yes, they’ve even got good customer service too. They really seem to want you to be happy with your purchase. I am. 2nd year owner.

For what this device can do the price is outstanding. I’ve used it on three of my cars and it’s saved me hundreds on service fees, additionally I’ve unlocked the potential of my cars. Why BMW doesn’t preprogram the comfort features, or allow management of the features through iDrive I don’t get, but Carly gets it done. Great support too. I’m upgrading the Head Unit, Screen and idrive and tech support is there to help.
Device is separate from app so u have to pay twice app u have to pay yearly and it doesn’t give u actually fault reading just codes after u get the code u have to go online and look it up. I don’t think we should have to pay yearly for a feature u already paid for.
