I have an account I have 20 in print magazines sitting in my lap right now and I’m having a hell of a time trying to access my online account to be able to always have them on my iPad so I can throw these away. This app has made it impossible to do so and there is no customer support. whatsoever.
I got the app since I got my subscription but it keeps logging me off all the time very frustrating cause you can accidentally subscribe again and pay double.

The iPad app keeps crashing
I subscribed to a year right off the bat and it still asks me to BUY all the issues for five bucks and when I emailed support about it, I got a reply back saying it was acknowledged and received but its been a week and I’ve received no response.
I just paid $4.99 for one “magazine” I didn’t realize it was just for one. I want to purchase the annual subscription. Can I apply the 4.99 to that??
iPad Pro, iOS 12.3.1 Updated the app and now I cannot swipe between pages, stuck on the cover page. This is a terrible and utterly useless app.
Full of bugs. Can’t even get back to the news page and widget shows no stories Any longer.
This app is terrible and unusable on my 2018 iPad Pro. Love the content but this is a worst user experience I’ve ever had. I will not subscribe again.
Doesn’t work on my Apple 4 watch at all!
