Hey didn’t mention it was $4.99 a month!!! I got the app, and then it told me it costed money! They never mentioned that in the intro😡. I deleted it.
I can’t imagine a more user friendly app! This is the standard all apps should be compared to!
My issue with the app is I can’t get past the first screen when having to follow or favorite some teams but I have used it before and I like it but just they need to fix the crashing
I use this app EVERYDAY and I was finally like lemme buy premium I’m for this playoffs and it charged me on my card and didn’t give me premium?????
Even though settings shows Toronto Maple Leafs icon is chisen, home screen icon is still NHL.
I wanted to give this a chance, but as expected the NHL is incapable of providing a decent product beyond the hockey itself. The feed drops regularly (regardless of wifi being used) and just now, in the middle of the second period of Game 4 of the Final, suddenly started showing the middle of the first period. Once again the NHL gives zero sh*** about its fans, relying on the superiority of the sport to draw us back in.
Spent $5 to watch the Stanley cup final live, just for the app to tell me it’s not available in my region. Ridiculous.
I can once again watch all the commercials I want while casting to my Sony TV. I have an issue watching the game recaps in the morning, but I can watch all the individual plays.
Whatever the reason, if you don't deliver a full season of hockey games that one paid a hefty subscription fee to watch, you should provide appropriate compensation such as a partial refund or future season offset
I purchased the NHL TV package to watch the games. I knew SOME games may be blacked out, but ALL the games were and I wasn’t even trying to watch our “home team”. I travel for work and wasn’t able to watch any when I was in other areas of the country. I contacted them about a refund as soon as I had this issue and they refused. They said that blacked out games are part of the policy. Yeah, I assumed SOME games maybe. Not all. So what’s the point of the NHL TV package?
