I’ve been using this app for my training for the last 2+ years and I can honestly say it’s the last one of its type I’ll ever need to try. Straight enough to the point that I don’t have to spend much time on my phone at the gym and it doesn’t seem to be lacking anything. It might be cool if it had some social aspect to it (adding friends to compare lifts or what not) overall, I’m extremely pleased.
Helps keep me sane. I can’t remember and now I don’t have to. Great database of exercises. Love the app.
Overall I LOVE this app! Makes adding supersets and tracking overall workouts super easy. The only things I wish I could change would be the ability to track weight with rep ranges. If on one day over my split I do 5x5, I would like the app to remind me what I lifted for 5x5 the previous time I used this scheme, not for whatever rep scheme I happened to use the previous time. I also wish I could add future workouts because I like to plan my lifts ahead of time. But overall absolutely amazing I would recommend it to anyone
I have been working out for many years now, always have been in search of the perfect tracking app for workouts! This is it! A++
I used Fitness Point for a few years before I came across the “Strong” app. The wide ranging versatility of Strong is vastly superior to Fitness Point. The paid version of Strong has multiple worthwhile upgrades over the free base app. For me, the ability to create more than 3 personal workouts was a key factor in going with the paid app. My one “wish” for this app that I think would be an improvement would be to see the total weight moved in a single workout prior to hitting “finish”. It would help me hit more goals. I know I can go back and edit but it’s sort of a pain in the middle of a workout. Otherwise, this is a powerful workout app with wide versatility that should appeal to the majority of plate heads and other gym rats like me.
It used to be great but after the new UI update I it slowed down my usage to where I barely use the app. The update messed my routines up by having some exercises deleted and erasing the rest timers that were saved. The old UI seemed more compact. I still use it here and there couple times a month but can’t get used to it anymore. It’s good app. Better than others.
This is the best weightlifting app I've ever used!
It’s not going to waste your time
The most practical workout app ever! Easy to customize!
Edit: The total volume increase feature is a game changer. It keeps me focused and makes sure I am progressing forward every week! I wish the total volume increase would measure TUT (Time Under Tension). That would make this app undefeated. It’s awesome affordable and easy to use. I would recommend it to my friends
