Voicemail Notification / Calls from one Area Code

The voicemail indicator will not turn off on the iPhone or iPad. Unknown calls come in from the area code used for MJ phone number, have blocked the numbers, we get more calls all times.

Unfortunately this app is a scam.. horrible service paid via apple...they disconnect service every other month... my caller id always show different numbers from all over the US... they are not ready for the new technology... Customer service is not their number one priority... They just take your money and run... Unfortunately this is apple’s fault for not having a quality control on their scam app store...

Doesn’t work and Cero support

The stopped working. You can’t make calls, some buttons are not responding. I installed in my iPhone 8 Plus and my new IPad Air and just doesn’t work. Don’t even try to get support without paying! I paid a full year of subscription for NOTHING

NO Incoming calls to app at moment

CURRENT SYSTEM-WIDE PROBLEM: App not receiving incoming calls. App can engage in text messaging and make outgoing calls. Problem just started recently. Calls to app going straight to voicemail. Problem is back-end, internal to magicJack phone system and not with the app per se. Company is in process of trying to fix this but there is no anticipated date of resolution. MJ hardware devices, voicemail etc. seem to be working normally.

App does not “ring” so you are not alerted to incoming calls

I have been a MJ customer for 7 years. I use it for one purpose: to let people into my building using its electronic annunciator. It worked great until 2 weeks ago. Now, when the pizza guy is at the lobby door and pushes the code to call me — nothing happens. Later, I get a voice mail of the pizza guy asking to be let in but he’s already gone. The MJ device still rings, but the app doesn’t. Fail.

Useless piece of drivel

For a while this app and device worked ok. I’ve had a MagicJack number almost eight or nine years. I’ve never really used the phone much, just always if my iPhone was charging or for trouble shooting another issue. Actually, mostly used it for faxing. Oh and sending text messages sometimes via the app. Something broke recently. No matter what I do I can not log in. Rather as soon as I log in it crashes. Uninstalled, played around reconfigured via Safari on my Mac but to no avail. I can call out but can’t receive calls. Tried the God awful chat support but it to doesn’t work. Oh and now they want to purchase concierge service for $14.99. So you can access assistance faster. What a joke. Dear MagicJack, consider this my notification of intent to throw your once decent little device in the bin of skeet shooting targets. Sayonara

My app suddenly stooped receiving incoming calls.

I found the app on my iPhone suddenly could not receive any incoming calls two days ago. Spent more than 30 minutes with the technical support, but no solutions. It ended up with asking me to uninstall it and re-install back. I have a lot of text messages and contacts stored on the app. How can I manually do it after I have been their customer more than 5 years?
