Since 2008 but still needs improvements

This is hard for me to write because I have been a magicJack customer since 2008 and it has been on one hand a wonderful tool to make and receive calls internationally for a very economic price whether through the landline option or the magicJack app on cell phone. however, although they are always making new updates, they are very behind in developing a strong magicJack app for mobile phones. every time you move over to another app the whole magicJack app refreshes it is very frustrating especially if you’re trying to copy and paste something you lose your whole text in a message. you are limited as to how much text you can write in one message, that needs to be lengthened. Cannot receive or send images, that is way behind the times with any messaging app. The worst thing and the reason I give 2 Stars even though I’ve had this app since 2008 is because one cannot receive verification codes over this application, or through your magicJack phone number. this has caused me serious problems with my bank and with Google locking me out of my account simply because magicJack will not allow verification codes to come through. I literally just had to port my number out of magicJack over to another carrier so that I can receive verification codes and not be locked out of my bank and other important applications. I have been and remain a faithful, magicJack customer, and I am happy that they do offer phone support, however they should be able to call people back if a call is dropped while on tech support, however, they do not. when you are in a deep conversation with the Tech Support representative and the college dropped, and they do not call you back and you have to call back and start all over. It is very frustrating and time-consuming and should not happen. hope somebody at magicJack will read this and make improvements. Wishing everyone the best!

all good until you have a problem receiving or making calls they do nothing for a solution.

I only use it when I go on a trip that's where it doesn't work. The worst application that can exist for calls, I have been a customer for more than 10 years, the application continues to get worse and worse. I have been calling them for more than two weeks to fix the application to be able to receive calls and I do not receive any explanation. Customer service is terrible, the truth is that I do not recommend it at all.

The app doesn’t allow one to send pictures I will suggest the owner need to make that update availabile

I think picture sending option should be added

You guys have to allow sending pics over the app, it shouldn’t only be text and calls, sometimes we need to send info through pics which isn’t supported

App is broken
