My Fitbit Inspire HR has not been working properly for the past two weeks. All my shortcuts say/show Pilates. App says it fail to sync but the tracker still works, this is the second time it happens. Contacted Fitbit and they asked all kind of questions, suggested a few things to do, sent them pictures of what I see. They couldn’t resolve it and was told they would further investigate. Then, Fitbit came back saying to be on the lookout for the update that had not been release yet for the app. Update came out a few days ago and the issues are still there. Emailed them back and still have not heard from them. Very disappointed, I used to recommend Fitbit but I’ll stop if the issues are not resolved and will look into other devices Garmin or Apple.
I have been using Fitbit for around 4 years, and I have kept purchasing new ones when they’ve broken it so I can do challenges with my friends. 7ish months ago, the challenges started only showing the first line of any text that is any longer than that (I believe after an iOS update). So now, I am only able to see the first half of the phrases that show up. It is insanely annoying. It is a known issue- there are MANY forums on the Fitbit website about it. I literally don’t understand how this hasn’t been fixed. I am considering purchasing a new Fitbit because I’m interested in the Versa 2, but I will most likely be jumping ship to something else. There have been SO many updates, and every time I cross my fingers for a fix. It’s such a simple thing, but all the more reason why it should of been resolved a long time ago. 🙄
On my 3rd Fitbit Versa in 2 years, and this one crashed today after 10 months. Won’t register heart rate, sleep, screen goes black. Tried troubleshooting for 3 hours, gave up, ordered an Apple Watch. Don’t waste your money.
Has anyone else noticed that since Fitbit was sold that none of the negative reviews get published, & all the positive reviews they allow us to see are at least a year old?
Right now I am so hating my Fitbit because it is not syncing to this app. I have to remove the app everyday and reinstall to get it to sync. I am so disappointed!
I’ve been a loyal customer of Fitbit for at least 5 years. The longevity of these products is terrible. My Fitbit's I’ve had last no longer than 2 years. The app is just as bad. The only customer service reply I get is from Twitter, which is ridiculous. How about emailing your customers when there are issues and there are always issues. Today a syncing issue with the new iOS update. I followed the instructions by Fitbit and the app still didn’t sync. I took it upon myself to reset my Fitbit and that worked, no help to their twitter page or anything else. I recommend some other product. My time with Fitbit is near the end.
Ok, I’m seeing the Developers recommendation for this IOS 13.5 issue, but the critical unanswered question is will all our existing data be lost?
I love my Fitbit so much ive been tracking so much with the app all though today I opened my app and it said that I had to re buy the app so I did and it made me redo my hole acc I could put find my old acc at all I was really upset so I re did my acc and I still live my fit bit but it’s annoying me because I have to re buy it a lot but still love my fit bit.
The app is fine it’s just annoying that when you do a daily challenge, the completed challenge stays on your today screen for days after and there seems to be no way to get rid of it. We don’t need to see our goal day results a week later! It’s just clutter!
The app won’t open! I try to open the app and it says it’s no longer shared with me and I need to purchase from App Store. I go to App Store and it says open the app. I am stuck in a loop between these two messages. DO NOT UPDATE THE APP! Update: it still doesn’t work. And read the reviews and their twitter. It’s not just me. None of their tips have done anything. It still doesn’t work.
