The app always ask for update, every single day, any takes at about an hour or so, after that I see the same message for update the app, it’s annoying!!!! The Fitbit charge 3 always disconnects from my phone so I don’t get notifications, I use the watch for working out and it takes a day to update in the app. I really regret buying Fitbit.

Really Dislike Active Zone Minutes!

I specifically bought a Fitbit because it keeps tracks of minutes walked. Now the latest update uses “active zone minutes”, which skews the data and I have to manually calculate when I walk longer than 10 minutes. I need this data for health insurance discounts. It’s really frustrating.

I have used a fit bit off and on for a few years. The app freezes, sometimes my password is not recognized but I can’t change it. All of this impacts the actual fitbit because the days & times are off making the data inaccurate

This app is awesome! I love all the details from exercise to sleep and everything in between. I haven’t found one that I like better.

App not bad

My versa 2 does not sync and cannot find device on average once every day. Very annoying. Considering Apple for this reason alone. Otherwise app is good, watch is good, battery is quite good compared to others. Just wishing for better than good. At least it’s not bad.

Love it.

I use it all the time. What’s not to love

iOS issues still continue

My Fitbit Versa Lite is STILL unable to sync/ stay connected with my iPhone (almost 2 weeks now). As a result it is a completely useless product, as it cannot keep time accurately or sync with my phone. I will be leaving the Fitbit family and looking to another product that has better communication regarding app issues, and faster fixtures for these problems. I rely on my watch for patient care and when it’s not functional we have problems.

Weekly totals

Why does my watch show I’ve completed 7 of 7 days, but the weekly report totals only show between 4-5 days completed? Meaning I’m losing all my steps for those days. I’ve tried looking up the problem in “help” but it wants me to jump through hoops for the answers.
