Live a healthier, more active life with Fitbit, the world’s leading app for tracking all-day activity, workouts, sleep and more. Use the app on its own to track basic activity and runs on your phone, or connect with one of Fitbit’s many activity trackers and the Aria Smart Scales to get a complete picture of your health—including steps, distance, calories burned, sleep, weight, and more. TRACK ACTIVITY: Accurately record your steps and distance with MobileTrack when you carry your phone. For all-day tracking of stats like calories burned, active minutes, and sleep, pair the app with a Fitbit tracker. RUN SMARTER: Enhance runs, walks and hikes by using MobileRun to track your pace, time and distance. You can also control your music, get voice cues and use your phone’s GPS to map your routes. (Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.) RECORD WORKOUTS: Use your Fitbit tracker to track your exercise, then check the app to see your stats, their impact on your day, and how your performance is improving. MONITOR HEART RATE: Use a Fitbit tracker with PurePulse™ to analyze heart rate graphs in the app. Identify trends, manage stress and see the results of your workouts. Review resting heart rate trends to see when your fitness is improving. LOG FOOD FASTER: Easily log calories with our barcode scanner, calorie estimator, and expanded food database of more than 350,000 foods. See your meal history at a glance, and get nutritional insights. MEASURE HYDRATION: Quickly log your water intake to make sure you’re properly hydrated during workouts and throughout the day. SET & MANAGE GOALS: Create weight, nutrition and exercise goals, and start a food plan to stay on track. Then get a visual picture of your progress with colorful, easy-to-read charts and graphs. SEE HOW YOU SLEEP: Set sleep goals in the app, and use a Fitbit tracker to monitor how much time you spent awake, restless or peacefully sleeping. SHARE & COMPETE: Connect with friends and family by sharing stats, sending direct-messages, and competing on the leaderboard or in Fitbit Challenges. STAY MOTIVATED: Get a nudge in the right direction with notifications that pop up when you’re close to reaching a goal or have already met one. SYNC WIRELESSLY: Fitbit trackers sync your stats to computers and 200+ leading devices so you can continuously track your progress without needing to plug in. MANAGE WEIGHT: Connect wirelessly to the Aria Wi-Fi Smart Scale to seamlessly track your weight, BMI, lean mass and body fat percentages, and to see your weight trends over time. FEMALE HEALTH TRACKING: Log your period, record symptoms, and opt into receiving push notifications two days before and on the day of your predicted period start date. This allows you to have the opportunity to compare all your stats in one place. Constantly fails to sync

I need to shut down my Bluetooth, reboot the app and only then it syncs activity. On top of that if you want detailed your own data you need to subscribe to premium! It used to be free. Not impressed

I’m disappointed that Fitbit is only concerned with new devices and not maintaining older ones. My tracker is only 3 years old. Your app no longer wants to sync with my new android phone. Now my IPad takes a minute to sync. I’m not buying a new Fitbit just to get all the new tech. Devices should last longer than 3 years. Work on your app. What am I to do with an old Fitbit after it stops working? More will end up in landfillls all because you have to put out “new” devices to make money. Be bigger than that. Sad and disappointed:-(

Not a good device

My verbal lite worked for 2 months but then would not not sync. I did and update only for it to crash halfway through for no reason. I will not re set up or update which I have to do in order to use it which is ridiculous. I did not have to update the first time but I have to do now? This system is stupid and I want another one I am not trying to fix it anymore I give up and I refuse to try and do anything that I have already tried again and anyway the first update I did only made it slow and glitchy so I am done with this thing. Send my a new one please so I can be done with this thing

No Apple Music???

Got the Versa 2 for Valentine’s Day. Loving it thus far, but is there not an option to connect my Apple Music account? 😩 If not, I may be switching over to the Apple Watch 🤷🏽‍♀️

Notifications still don’t work!!

I used to love my Fitbit Alta HR. It worked well and it helped keep me motivated to get my steps in. It helped me get notified of texts and calls, which is a huge help because my iPhone doesn’t always vibrate very noticeably with its cover on. Well then one of the iOS software updates came along and Fitbit can’t talk with it anymore. I don’t know how long it’s been, feels like a year. I still don’t get text notifications. Fitbit says “it’s a known issue.” Ok then fix it! Calls work but that’s not what I need notified of, my phone vibrates and rings noticeably when I get a call. But I’ve been missing so many texts because I am still “used to” my Fitbit telling me. When I get the chance, I’m switching to an Apple Watch. We know those are compatible with iPhones!

great! only a few bugs

everything is great except for the fact that it takes FOREVER to refresh and load how much you slept. secondly, the app gets very buggy when your trying to set an alarm clock. if i put it to 4:00 am, it will just take a while for it to load in to say it is ready. once it even kicked me out of the app! hope the bugs get fixed.

No longer works with phone

When I first got this watch I loved it. It worked great with my iPhone and then it just stopped. I contacted Fitbit and they know of the problem. That was over 6 months ago and it still doesn’t work even after updating phone and watch, removing and reloading apps and many more troubleshooting. Since of course this happened after the return date I am now stuck with a watch that doesn’t do any of the features I want it to and was pretty much told sorry but your sh*t out of luck.

App never performs 100%

You will experience a general letdown using the app. Overall the concept of fitbit is awesome but the app bugs are horrendous. And the scammers that use the forums are tremendous and they have zero answers for it. Idea 100%. Carry through 200%. Lame.
