Lags like crazy. Then logs me out when it takes too long to load a page.
Listings and quantity limitations are wrong on your site and despite the complaints they don’t get fixed because Disney doesn’t care about its customers only the money they make.
I love Disney, and I love their products, but I don’t love taking 15+ minutes to place an order because the app runs so slowly and asks me to log in 5 times. It also kept telling me there was a problem with my payment method, but wouldn’t say what the problem was (turns out my billing address was wrong).
This app is slow and does not always work. It is very frustrating when trying to look at the products
Downloaded this app to track an order placed via the shopDisney website, since the site’s tracking said “no order found” for some reason (I ordered two items and one shipped, while the other was listed as “Processing”), and hoped I would have better luck with the app. Nope- when I tap “check the status of a current order here” on a help page, the app just sends me back to the home page or whatever it’s called. Useless for what I needed it for.
Been trying to order MagicBands for an upcoming Disney World trip for days. I was getting ready to call customer service and it finally went through but before that I made numerous attempts to complete it. The app would either be painfully slow or freeze, kick me out or crash my phone. I know the problem isn’t on my end because every other retail app I have works just fine. Hope the bugs get fixed soon.
