This site is terrible. The extensive questionnaire they say you go through really isn't that extensive. I've seen competitive free sites offer better matching qualifications. I think many profiles on this site are dead profiles or fake. I get the subscriptions where you get read receipts from "smiles" and messages you send, and in over a month, I have sent about 16 smiles and messages and none of those people have even read their messages or seen their smiles. I'm lucky if I get one match a day. In the beginning I got more matches if I lowered my standards to accept anyone and everyone. And by that I mean I got maybe 5 a day. And of those, none of them checked their messages. Of the ones who I was decently matched to, maybe one checked their messages and we really weren't compatible at all. Now I don't get any matches for days. This site is a waste of money and it's not cheap. Don't bother. Do the free sites and you'll have more luck.
I tried to cancel my subscription before it would auto renew but couldn't remember the password. You can't cancel in the app. When I reached out to support my first response back was in Chinese. I wrote them two more times before I got a response days later and told how to log in. By then the account auto renewed for $198. I was told no refunds. I requested to talk to an account specialist. They also denied my request. I've been a paid member multiple times in the past and shelled out the money for an annual subscription last year. I did not want it this year and don't have the money for it. I hope you can make this right.
Haha I downloaded this app for like 3mins was unimpressed and deleted it. I really like the matching system they have you go through I was able to be paired with guys that had the same standards as me but since I was just trying it out I didn’t want to pay. Unfortunately if you don’t pay you can’t see anyone’s photo! What is the use of having an online dating app if you can’t see anyone’s photo. I thought I might pay for the basic 3 months but the prices were ridiculous, I pay less for my food every month! Nope this app was not for me.
One major problem with E Harmony is that you have no way to know if the match that you are looking at is or isn’t a paying subscriber. If you send a message, you have no way to know if the other person will ever be able to read your message.
Had several girls that wanted to talk to me but eharmony deleted them before I even had a chance to find out for myself if I could get a relationship with them. So this site will cost you potential relationships and money!
You’d think paying money means you’re more invested in the dating game, but that’s not true. Also... there’s ALOT of bots.
E-Harmony And The Old White Man Who Represents Them Is A Fraud, He Is No Doc At All Folks. But Please Feel Free To Spend Your Hard Earned Dollars On This Ohhhh So Very Helpful Cupid Match Making Love App. Go Ahead Be My Guest And Do It. I Mean One Good Review Outweighs All The Bad Ones Right (Wink Wink).
I am constantly being matched up with people who have absolutely none of the same interests. I’m finding this app incomplete and dysfunctional.
Had the account for a couple of months, never really even mildly impressed with my ”matches” but continued searching nonetheless. Recently noticed a bunch of matches and conversations with women that I have never reached out to. After monitoring for a day or two it was obvious that someone had hacked my account so I sent an email into eharmony and got no response from anybody other than an email stating that my account had been terminated and that I had forfeited my money. I have no clue what happened or why but this is obviously no way to deal with legitimate pain customers, the most ridiculous scam set up I have ever dealt with. Strongly suggest you spend your money elsewhere.
Retirees on a fixed income cannot afford your prices. Please do a low cost trial period and I will do it. Thank you
