False advertising. The recent commercials eluded to the fact that a young singles are now using eharmony rather than the quick swiping dating apps. This is false. eharmony is still primarily populated by middle-aged and up singles/divorcées. I would rather eharmony tell me there is no one compatible within my set preferences than have constantly be bombarded by messages and suggestions for profiles that do not match them.
Supposed to be one of the best online dating sites but I was so disappointed with both the App and the whole experience in general. Wish I could get my money back.
People, this is not the app for real dating, too expensive and crusty. I’ve got a decent profile and easy on the eyes. I’m certainly not brad pity of a millionaire. Not a single date, or a response. Matches are ‘ok’, but hardly anybody to get excited about. And stupid me, I’ve got a yearly membership. It’s too expensive and definitely not worth it, better join bumble and hinge for free.
I've had the same matches since I signed up over a month ago. Not enough users on this app; I guess you need to live in a big city to make it worthwhile. Also, there should be a way to filter out any profile that doesn't have any pictures.
Tried this for a year and a half. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. False advertising out th wazoo.
This is the worst dating site I’ve spent money on. Women seem to be on here only for networking and most of them aren’t real. You get matches that are a complete waste of time and if your black you’ll definitely experience racism on the site. Eharmony refuses to cancel my account and stop charging me. Match is far more better so don’t waste your time.
I’m really upset at the fact that I spent over 20 minutes answering all the stupid questions in the beginning and filling everything out, only to find out that you can’t even view anybody’s pictures nor can you respond to any messages. You cannot view anybody’s profile or even see what the people look like before communicating with them. In order to see anybody that likes you or to see anybody such as a match you have to be a premium member you have to pay for the stupid app! When EVERYWHERE it says it’s free! BS! Don’t waste your time like I did
I’m an attractive, kind, successful, intelligent woman with a good sense of humor and after not reading the fine print and getting suckered out of almost $400 (!!!!!) for 3 months of this terrible app, I never messaged one single person. I would get maybe one match every few days with someone that was not a match at all. Such a waste. Customer service was no help when I contacted them about not getting matches, regardless of my filters. Scam. Terrible choices (sorry, people).
This company sends you emails none stop when I asked for the 8th time to remove me from all email lists their customer care employee deleted my account cheating me out of a quarter of my subscription. There is no 800 number just and email account and a 48 hour wait!
I’m using the premium subscription. All the free dating apps have higher-quality people, better completed profiles, and more pictures, compared to what I’ve seen on eHarmony. I can actually hold a conversation with a woman on places like Hinge or Bumble. But every eHarmony user I’ve ‘matched’ with just aren’t talkative. It’s almost like they feel forced to use the app and aren’t actually interested in dating. It’s the most bizarre experience I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t know what’s going on here, but I don’t like it.
