Is anyone on here real? Today I received 8 eharmony messages terminating matches for my protection. I’m happy to be protected, but is it just a site with fake profiles? Utterly ridiculous.
They don’t connect the subscription to iTunes so you can’t manage it like all the other apps which forces you to do it a funky way on their webpage. If you only use the eharmony app, there is no way to manage the subscription there either. So the only way to manage it is on a webpage via computer which is tricky and out of the ordinary from what all the other apps do. I manage all the subscriptions from iTunes and this one fell through the cracks do to the fact they don’t do it with iTunes. So PayPal sent me a notification that they auto renewed so I went to my iTunes, nothing there and no connection. I went to my eharmony app, no way to manage or cancel there. So I read the terms and conditions where they say you have to log into the webpage and cancel, but no refunds. I did not want to renew at all. They caught me off guard and now I’ve requested a refund. I get the feeling this is not an option even though they tricked me. (You) Now to why I don’t want to renew, This app only get a very limited and small amount of local user to LA. Most and I mean most are out of the country and mostly places like China, Russia, Brazil. And how do you find someone that is so far away. It’s way to limiting and hard to find a realistic option that’s even close enough to consider. My hope is that customer support reads this and contacts me and offers me my well deserved refund. Do not waist your time or money with eharmony
I asked for a refund every single day what is the problem
Cannot view a single picture of a “match” without paying $27.99 Free version is just a tease.
Never made an account on this dating app before and it’s having me reopen it when I go to there website to reopen the button does nothing. Shortly after I get an email saying my account has been deactivated saying I’m not who I say I am. Was of time and effort.
First off let me note I live in south central CT, so I “AM NOT” in a low populated area. They PUSH you to put a 60 mile radius before they give you a considerable amount of women’s profiles to try and communicate with. Then, they seem to choose the ones that live the farthest away. For me that’s women on long island NY or the city. To top that off, there are SO MANY fake or non active profiles it makes this dating site not worth the trouble, definitely not what they charge. I’ve received at least 10, or more, email notifications of them removing profiles because they were fake or a scam. These were profiles I chatted with or at least sent a smile. I have 10 more days till I cancel my “non refundable” subscription. Their commercials are better than their site. Don’t waste your time or money.
I have my profile set to 60 miles. I live in a metropolitan area of over 6 million people, in the 4th largest city in the country. Yet I’m told by the app my parameters are too restrictive and to switch to 120 miles. Are you serious?! 120 miles?! I’m sent 1 match on average a day because they want me to really “focus on the matches”. Crazy ripoff, have paid 3 mths up front and deleting the app after a month because it’s not even worth opening it. Love Match and Bumble, will stick with those.
I have been on this site for about 2 weeks and I have had a hand full of people look at me but not even 1 email and 3 of them I liked and the next day they closed there page so I am not really happy at this point
I met the girl of my dreams about two months in and got married about 6 weeks ago. However, in our joy we forgot to cancel the auto renewal and there has been no flexibility on e harmony's side. They are forcing us to pay for another year of subscription even though we got our happily ever after. I'm very frustrated.
There are sooooo many profiles on this app from people that may have signed up years ago and just never deleted their account. I thought maybe since you have to pay for this one it would be better, but it’s almost as bad as POF or badoo.
