Love This App!! Been using it for YEARS!!! It really simplified things and made it easy to be on the go
This application is simple and easy to use for me personally. I still want to have the subject heading that are use in most email or can include in the setting to modify my email setting such as to have option to include subject heading, create a draft email before sending, etc. Thank you.
He app itself is really good. My customers compliment the estimates and invoices I send them. My bookkeeper likes the way it integrates into QB. It’s not perfect. A change brought on years back made it so I cannot change the subject line on emails I send through the app, this is a hassle. When I change customer information in the app it often crashes. A glitch means that if a customer lives on say, “Blueberry Ct.”, the app changes their address to Blueberry Connecticut. These are minor gripes, but now there’s some major ones: For the second time InvoiceASAP has forced us to change credit card processors. The last time they did this there was NO notice and this resulted in major headaches. This time they’ve decided to take processing in-house. Though there was notice this time there are BIG problems. The app doesn’t work as it should, taking payments can’t be done normally on the app, there is instead a “workaround” that we only found out about after not being able to take payments in the field. I’m concerned that if I have a payment problem I’ll need to go to InvoiceASAP for support. In my time with them support has always been a lengthy process. No one there has answered the phone once. To top it off, now that we’re paying InvoiceASAP the same rate as we did the last two providers, the service we get in return isn’t nearly as good. No email notifications of payments is a hassle. Waiting days to receive those payments is a real problem. We went from receiving payments the next business morning to receiving them in “48 hours”. As I write this on a Tuesday morning we still haven’t received payments made on Friday... My company is entrenched with InvoiceASAP pretty heavily. If we weren’t I’d be looking for alternatives. As it is, I’m reluctant to recommend it to others. If they were just a bit more costumer focused they could be great.
Since adding their eCheck option not only have I had to ask all of my clients for new payment info, but I no longer receive notification when a payment is made. None of my clients will even use the eCheck option due to having to provide log in banking info. So I’m dealing with the headache of trying to collect card numbers from all clients again with absolutely no benefit. Would really like to at least be notified when a payment has been made through the invoice. I used to love this app now I am very frustrated.
I like the app because it does what it’s supposed to do. I went from invoice2go to invoice ASAP but I’ve been requesting to get a discount option and they tell me “oh we are working on it” that was 3 years ago and still nothing instead they tell me to do some mumbo jumbo in order for the discount to work. I can’t be doing this every time some customers want to see the discount I give them and how much it was. Also would it kill them to give us an option to choose invoice templates? Come on guys give us more options to make our experience unique.

This website or app is not friendly to use in different part of the invoice especially when you get to the items of listing items with pricing it doesn’t add as you put in the item or the pricing. Another issue is in the item selection if you forget an item and I see saved you cannot go back and edit and enter the item that you might’ve forgotten, You will have to redo the whole listing.

I have tried several home service apps for Invoicing and I just keep coming back to invoiceASAP because it’s just so dam easy and fast to use save time and frustration just try it I’m sure you will like it
Contacted them on several occasions concerning a few suggestions and biggest issue of link for photos being overlooked by 95% of clients. They agreed but never would make notes changes over 18 months I’ve waited. Then cancel subscription without notification. Better apps available when comparing monthly fees.
