Week 5 day 1 🐢 💨 It’s been forever since I quit smoking and ran my first 5k … like moons ago. But with the couch to 5k, I was able to go from the couch to an actual 5k (planned for 10/14) but I am more confident now than week 2 day 3 😝 #igotthis #lifeonkimsway

Got me back on track after a 10 year hiatus

I haven’t run more than 30 sec in a decade, and this app has me back up to running multiple intervals of over a minute. I love the coach guided voice too to help remind me where I am in my workout so I don’t get frustrated. Definitely recommend for those trying to get into or back to running!

Appa need to stop doing this. If its paid, make it paid. Or at least clearly show it in the app store that you will need to pay to use it. I'm not against paying for an app. Im against this stupid tactic apps use to waste your time.

I’m only on week 2 but I already know this app is turning me into a runner. I’m doing this for a half marathon my brother talked me into doing. Me, someone who’s not a runner at all lol. This app gives you cute, encouraging messages. The workouts are challenging but doable. And of course it asks you after each workout if it was challenging enough for you specifically or if it needs to be adjusted. Honestly highly recommend, 10/10. It’s like $40 for lifetime access which compared to other apps these days, I think is pretty great. Download it! You got this!

I downloaded this app based on recommendation for overweight runners. I think it is VERY helpful on my weight lose journey. I am STRONGLY considering paying for it. Best of luck to everybody else out there strengthening their bodies.

Halfway Through!

I literally just finished the first run on Week 5. I am getting stronger and the longer stretches that were intimidating before I started are getting easier. I’m very overweight and never have been able to run, but that’s changing. And the app makes it almost easy to build up your endurance. If you’re healthy enough to do a program like this, it’s the best beginner’s guide to interval training. So get it!
