Always told to call as service is unavailable. Terrible app
12/29/19 I subscribe to Sunday’s/Thursday’s Record which mostly every week a paper is missing. Tired of calling customer service which tried their best to resolved the problem but not getting anywhere. I need my paper not credit for not getting it . I always looking forward Toward getting it. Frustrating customer
Cannot put print subscription on hold via app. What’s the point of signing into account if you can’t make updates to account?

Left Paterson a few years back. This app helps me stay connected to the 973 all the way up here in New Hampshire. Great App!!!
Before the Record was sold to Gannett, it was a convenient way to catch local news. You could read 100 articles a month. Now you can’t read most because they are for subscribers only, and you can read ten truncated stories. After that, you can see headlines and less than a paragraph usually designed to tell you nothing. The content is barely local anymore, since the axing of most of the local staff. You will do better with any of the news streaming apps, even if all of them are biased and out of New Jersey. Deleting this off my phone after decades of being a loyal subscriber. The Record turned its back on NJ.
Good functionality on the app. It makes it easier to read the news.
Used to be a great app but no more. It will not let me read any stories. I actually get the paper and the app is not included. Very disappointing. Have watched the quality of the record decline over the years.
