App hard to use always confusing. Not like reading a paper
After using this app for a little while. Now there constantly asking me $$$. To be able to continue reading. Not happy!!!! With advertisements!! And adds. Now they want $$$ to continue to read. Dirty Jersey!! I just can’t with Jersey!! Deleting ASSP!!
Even during the setuo process this app wants me to turn on notifications as I choose topics I care about. Get over yourself. You’re not that important.
I attempt to log into my subscription and I have not been successful yet. I obtained a subscription about a couple of weeks ago. Free articles work without a problem.
I will stick to NJ.com. Deleted the app off my phone.
App is a piece of garbage. Same issues as website for managing your account. Has error message that website has had for months after logging in - “we apologize but my account is not available at this time please try again or call customer service at 888 282 3422”. Was told to delete app and reinstall which I did but same error pops up. Billing issued since USA Today took over are horrendous and customer service is even worse. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. 3 phone calls and emails to resolve a billing issue and no positive result. Would love to pay bill if they could explain charges and when I called on the day I received the bill they couldn’t explain it and said a supervisor would call me back. No call in 10days so I sent an email. Got an email response and was told to reinstall app to manage account and that app issues had been fixed (they are not) and that my account had been inactivated due to nonpayment!!! Then called CS to get person who sent email and was told they couldn’t be reached. Today’s CSR disconnected call.
Always told to call as service is unavailable. Terrible app
