“Selected drugs” option no longer showing on iOS 13. Can’t check for interactions
I’m not understanding all of these negative reviews. The app has worked just as described since day one. I have no complaints. Bypass the updates when opening the app by simply selecting “no” when asked if you’d like to download updates now and manually update app at a later time if needed to use emergently.
Requires frequent automatic updates that are impossible to bypass or turn off. Does not update via the app store but instead only does when you start the app. Update progress cancels and restarts if your phone auto locks. This app could be a potential liability if relied upon in urgent situations
It used to be a great app but it no longer works with iTunes subscription. I still use the drug reference and interactions but not this one
With multiple patients in the ICU...this is a godsend! *Veterinary Medicine*
I had trouble accessing this app, therefore, I was struggling. To resolve this problem, I contacted the support team to get some advice. They were very patient, and sooner or later, I was able to access the app. They are a great team, and very determined to do the best they can to help, and resolve your issue. Thank you.
The IBM logo is not a good logo for a quick reference app. It should have a picture of a large "RX Compatibility" or "IV COMPATIBILITY" instead of being just simple blue and larger IBM. This is an important app for clinicians. I LIKE THE APP JUST NOT THE HOME SCREEN LOGO....
I used to love this app (and other Micromedex apps) but now it is requiring I enter the password every single time I open the app. And the passwords aren’t self set and are always a weird combo of letters and numbers that I won’t possibly be able to memorize. This is paid for by my employer and it was annoying enough when my password randomly would expire but now, it’s rendering this app nearly useless. In the ED... I don’t have time to look up passwords on the computer to lo k up a drug or UV comparability. This needs fixed.
After the last update I have not been able to use this app. It crashes every time I try and open it.
An awesome resource to have at the bedside, but it’s often slow and since iOS 11 says there’s no data for every drug. Please fix. If it works, it’s easily worth the $10
