Make free calls with a real number on the original free calling and texting app. Pinger comes preloaded with free calling minutes that can be used to call anyone in the U.S., Canada, or Mexico. After that, minutes are free to earn or cheap to purchase. SMS messages are also free. On top of free calling and SMS, additional features include voicemail, group chat, MMS picture & video messaging, emoji, ringtones, and more. WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING “It’s like having a real phone number from the carrier. Except FREE.” –Nick “I started using this app back in 2007 on my iPod touch 3rd generation... Works every time, voice calls are clear, and no one knows it’s an app and not an actual phone. Highly recommended.” –Scott “I have used this app as my main phone number for years. It is just as reliable as an actual phone number.” –Kay “I’ve tried several, but hands down, Pinger is by far the best. Why? Simple: It works. Period.” –Tuc “I would rate this like 100,000,000 stars but can’t :/ only 5.” –Molly “Great to have a backup number especially when you travel abroad.” –Milo —— © 2020 Pinger, Inc. If you care about privacy, look somewhere else

I’v been using this app for over 10 years. I have always been suspicious of their spying habits, sonI’ve limit the apps access to my location, contacts, and pretty much anything else it asks for with the exception to the cellular service. Thanks to Apple making easier than ever before to keep an eye in apps and what they are accessing in your phone and who they are contacting hidden in the background, it was an eye opening to see that this app contacted more domains (mostly advertising and tracking domains) than any other app in my phone BY FAR! This app has contacted 202 domains (sites) hidden in the back ground. That’s a lot! To put it in perspective, YouTube was the second app to connect to different domains, with only 70. That is still a lot, but compare to Pinger, that is nothing. And YouTube is owned by Google. The largest and most powerful spy company in the world. Yet Pinger puts YouTube to shame. It is very obvious based on all the things that app asks you access to and from all the domains it contacts, that this app is designed to spy and track ur every move. Making it a 100% spyware app disguise as a text and phone app. I have always wondered about the privacy of their service. People, be aware that it is almost guarantee that everything your test and every call you make is being monitored and tracked. You want privacy? Then use Signal for texting, voice messages, and live conversations. From now on I am blocking access of this app to everything. I am even turning off notifications and the cellular service. Inly turning it on when ai need to use the app. At least until I replace the app with something else or I contact people I’ve giving my Pinger’s number to. Then delete this spyware fkr good. If you want to see the network activity of this app and others. Go to Settings, Privacy, go all the way down, and thenApp Privacy Report. If I remember correctly, you need to turn on that feature on. Unless Apple as set it to on by default. Once turned on the phone starts tracking apps’ behind the scenes activity. It’s an eye opener.

Love pinger

I have been using pinger at least 12 years . I have never missed a text or when necessary a phone call. I seldom use the phone feature, my device is strictly wi-Fi so you get the picture. Hot spots are speratic. The only thing that would make this app better is screen rotation. I mostly use my device horizontally and must turn it vertically to use pinger.

Modo Oscuro

Sería bueno que colocaran el modo Oscuro a la App, por lo demás estar bien

Scam & hacks

1. This app says you got 30 days till you lose your number if not used, what they dont tell you is they will and do spam you every 3 to 6 days about your 30 day lose it if you dont use it. After that if you dont get a new number, you are mot allowed back in the app to check or get anything of yours out of the app. 2. Then there is all the foreign calls and messages left for sales and collections. Use a translation app for those. Why would they call an American number for someone in their country?? Hhmmm.... But those are not the worst of it all.... 3. I dont know if its the developers or people they know or hackers, but your friends accounts get taken over and those people start asking you about personal information on you your friends and yes even family members, acting like or trying to act like your friends and family. Then when you start to question them about things they tell you that they have been hacked a few times and they dont trust everyone as much cause they cant be sure if its really them. And they want your real number to call you on.... and if you call the or give that to them, they dont answer and the over sea flood of text and calls start with in minutes. 4. If who ever you think your talking to asks about or wants to talk about old times... MAJOR RED FLAG RIGHT THERE.... they are building up a file on you and others to use for themselves. And dont bother reporting it to the developers cause you never get an answer back. 5. Best thing to do is dont even download this app and let your friends and family know to not download it and if they are using it. Just delete anything they have in it and there information in their accounts themselves and delete this app fast.... Thank you for taking your time to read this review and it will also be on reddit r/DumpZone4allBadApps, for your comments on this app too. 12-12-2021, noonish.

You are a liars and a big scam. There are no free minutes whatsoever after signing up. It’s shows 0 minutes as soon as you finish signing up and asks you to pay. The other reviews here are definitely from the developers, who obviously are liars too smh
