Help!! As soon as I bought the app I followed the instructions to unsubscribe and stop any recurring payments. I only needed it for a week and planned on just keeping the app for the month that I paid for. 10 days later they charged me AGAIN! It shows that I am NOT subscribed and yet... I will now have to dispute the charge on my credit card and keep an eye out for when they charge me again. Not a task I wanted. The video itself worked fine and I enjoyed watching my dog while I was on vacation but that doesn’t change the fact that this company is a SHAM and DISHONEST! BUYER BEWARE

It’s a below acceptable service but what really got me was when I unsubscribed, they charged after cancellation. It’s not a huge fee but it’s infuriating that they can do this!! No other subscriptions I’ve used have done this.
Downloaded and camera literally doesn’t work - says camera isn’t turned on when it is
Just as someone else said, if I can manage to find WiFi, I see black screens and if I’m on cellular with excellent coverage, i get a message “cannot access server”. Every.single.time. Once, from my super fast home WiFi, I did see the dogs though my dog is home with me. The cameras at the facility are fine, too. They display them in their lobby. Soooooo frustrating
Wow this app needs an update. And it’s pretty ridiculous that it costs money. It’s free on the web versions but that requires flash. And there are no more browsers left on iOS/iPad os that it works on. So this app is the only option. And it never even gets updated.
This is so disappointing, to pay for a service that doesn’t work. Serious improvements need to be made ASAP. Why doesn’t it work??? What’s the point if I can’t even see my dog while she’s boarded? When will this issue get resolved?
I have been paying for this app for 3 years as it’s convenient auto renew with no option given to cancel how do I cancel this I follow all directions and the option is not there HELP
I got this app because my boarding facility uses it for their cameras. I have stopped using the facility because of availability, and now I can’t cancel this app. Apple said that, when you purchase directly from the provider, they have to cancel the subscription. However, when I visited this app’s site, it’s stated that they cannot cancel any subscriptions. They have my card info on file and are basically stealing the money from me annually.
I am able to see my dogs while they are in the yard! I see people saying they can’t cancel their subscription. To do so, you must go into your settings on your phone to cancel the subscription. Love being able to watch my doggos both inside and outside in their play yards for a cheap price!
