Strava is my favorite app on my phone, no joke! It’s easy to use, works flawlessly with Apple Health, and just recently I got to use the “crop activity” feature to fix where I accidentally forgot to end an activity. WOW, was it easy to use! Thank you Strava peeps/PMs/engineers for making Strava just a joy to use. ❤️
The owners of this site are horrible hypocrites, citing Jan 6 as riots and the BLM riots as protests.
Strava holds me accountable to my goals… it measures my bike therapy… makes me grateful!!! 👊🔥👊 “Measuring performance provides the foundation for improvement, the blueprint for success, and the roadmap for progression."
This app is great! Worth the money!

It would be more inclusive to be able to have the user adjust what performance metrics to display when exporting a highlight photo or what displays on activity feed. We should be able to display any user selected combo of distance, pace, elevation gain, avg heart rate, calories, etc. Right now it displays distance, pace (or instead displays elevation if the route is steep enough), and moving time (elapsed if it is a race). Choosing to not show some of these is more inclusive as some people are insecure about their performance! I‘ve seen some of my friends quit strava over what they view as poor performance and I think that’s the opposite of what this app should be for!
At a great bargain! Thx Strava!
Sometimes watt shows up on my Apple Watch Ultra is not what is uploaded to Strava. For example, yesterday I rode indoors for 10 minutes for 3 miles, and Strava recorded it as nine seconds.
Once you get you bearings and explore all of the avenues this app has to offer, it becomes very beneficial, but most importantly useful. The social media aspect behind it is a perfect balance as well. I reccommend the premium version if your persistent with daily/weekly runs/bikes/walks/hikes/swim etc.
