The website lets you favorite different series so that you can come back to them. I miss that. That app would get 5 stars if it had a favorites page or section.
On the Vis website you are able to “follow” certain series. As far as I can tell there is no way to access this so you must search formthe titles you following each time you wish to read something.
All of the good or long running series aside from a few are only available in volume format which the membership does not inform you is not included. You can still read a few of the big Shonen Jump series like MHA and Black clover but most series are not on this.
I can’t believe it’s 2 dollars a month for so much manga. This is so worth it.
Love reading manga and this is a great way to keep caught up for the price
I like the app but the interface is lacking finesse. It is a pain to download or delete batch chapters. No bookmark function? No favorite function? No auto download?
When alternate ways to view this content are easier to use than this application, you know you have a problem. The fact that in 2020 this doesn’t have a clean UI is terrible. Why can’t I have a favorites list and easily find what I want? Why can’t I see what I can actually read all the way through with my jump subscription? It would have been 5 stars with those two things. It’s 10x worse on the desktop view because you have to guess what language your chapters are in. Why no filters?! This app needs a redesign from the ground up. Who let this go to production in this state? It’s costing you customers.
Not free manga though you pay for a subscription you still have to buy the books.
