I am still in my free trial and as yet, have not been able to read any of Magzter’s articles or magazines. When I try to read a magazine I get a message that my subscription rents in June but doesn’t let me read anything. I’m going to have to cancel my subscription.

I have iPad and I have installed the latest ios too. But the app crashes the moment I open news papaer such as "The Businessline" or any other news papaer. This I am facing last 3 months. I have also deleted the app and reinstalled it. Kindly help and look into the matter
DO NOT GET THIS APP!!! I was offered a free subscription and my card is being charged $9.99. There is no phone number to call customer service. I see the charges on my bank account but when I go on the Magzter app it says I have no purchase history. It says the same on my Apple ID so this is definitely a scam and I want my money back. I will not allow them to withdraw money on my account every month for this garbage app with outdated magazines. And the reviews are fake, even the bad ones because every criticism is followed with slight praise. They’re not fooling me one bit

What is wrong with this site? I reloaded the site because I lost all the magazines in my collection; now I can’t restore ANYTHING (as of April 21st.) Now I can not only read the site-only magazines but have also lost magazines I have PURCHASED! Every dollar I spent purchasing books and magazines on your site I HAVE LOST!! Do you not understand why I am pi$$ed?!? I will make this as short as I can - FIX THE SITE OR I WILL DROP MY SUBSCRIPTION AND FILE A COMPLAINT WITH APPLE APPS AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!
Tried to find a way to unsubscribe so I wouldn’t get charged $99.99 for another years worth of service. I can not find a way to unsubscribe on the app or through iTunes subscriptions. Beware of signing up for this service. I will contact my bank tomorrow to stop payment of the charges taken out of my account today.

El día 30/3 caducó mi suscripción a Casa Viva y se renovó automáticamente. Todavía no puedo ingresar al nuevo número de la revista y no explican cómo reactivarla. No me deja ni en esta app ni en la de Casa Viva
