This site is awesome. The most powerful tool is being able to measure the impact of what you eat. Brilliantly organized and the most courteous staff.
I love this app. I thought tracking carbs/calories would be hard but this app makes it SO easy !
Big help for staying on the keto diet. I have narcolepsy and staying low-carb/high-fat helps me manage my condition. I especially like how Carb Manager helped me set up my own particular diet plan in the beginning and how it tracks fat and protein intake in relation to carbs. The articles are informative and I’m looking forward to digging into the recipes. Also, CM sinks to Fitbit. Overall, I’m very grateful for this app!
Excellent App! Only complaints so far are that it is a little slow and I wish the premium app was less expensive (I would purchase if $10-15). But otherwise, it’s great and very easy to use. Suggestion: under the measurement section, it would be nice to see weight +/- from the last weight-in to assess how you did in the last week/days. Thanks!
There’s only one thing missing. The ability to group together all of the components of a frequently prepared food. I drink my coffee exactly the same way each morning: Coffee, cream & Stevia. Instead of entering the components one by one, it would be incredibly handy to be able to create a favorite item called “My Coffee” that automatically enters the three elements as a group. Developers, are you listening?
Had a little trouble logging things correctly but other than that it’s a decent app

Excellent, except when there’s no WiFi or LTE access. Also, occasionally won’t open even with that, so maybe internal issues? It would be nice to have offline access, even if use was limited to favorite foods and viewing your planned day.
This app is horrible. Doesn’t sync my info most of the time, the scanner can’t find stuff that is common items from the grocery store. MyFitnessPal is much better than this app.
Love the scanning feature and personal edit function. Really helps me stay on track. User contributions have a lot of the “ Pinterest” Keto recipes broken down to track
