changed back to its original state and you can't even flip it. This thing is so aggrivating.
This is a 2020 Macbook Pro with all the specs upgraded, and you're telling me iMovie wont run on it? <.<
I had been making movies on my ipad for years but always heard how much better they would be on a mac, but its just the opposite. Titles for clips can only be in the middle of the clip making some clips useless. I cannot us my itunes music even though I have no intention of ever uploading to any internet site. Not that they would let me anyway. These are just a few complaints. iMovie for mac has gone from a first class movie maker to a difficult and horrible experience. I love my new macbook air but Imovie is useless
Why does it take FOREVER for new music to move from apple music to Imovie?? This is beyond frustrating!!!
After I downloaded it, it started doing the installation, but it got stuck there for hours and hours, and would NOT even let me restart my Macbook Pro. Really poorly QA'ed.
Best. Editng. Software. Ever. I can't lie because i use this all the time
Great in-app features but it's difficult working across devices (passing projects back and forth between ios and macos devices) and export / save options on ios especially are limited.
I've been exporting .mov files to mp4 files over the past week or so without any problems. The latest update, ver. 10.2.5, now hard crashes my MacBook Pro Intel i9 machine apparently due to a thermal runaway problem (the program crashes, causes a reset of the machine, then the program is still partially running after restart). I wish I could go back a version.
Im doing this on a macbook for a school project, and i dont know how to add audio to a video. I sort of like it, but if `i had a choice, i wouldn't use it. its too complicated.
Took my time editing a lengthy video which ended up being 24 minutes even after cutting clips etc. Tried to export the file and upload to youtube and it wont export no matter what even after software/app updates. Had to screen record the entire thing, not sure how good the quality will end up being.
