Why can't all family members see this on their iPad

1
I just bought the gold version and one person in the family is still seeing the free app, not the upgraded version. Does the paid version only work on one?

Great App - would love a day view

4
Works great for our family. Would love it even more if the calendar in the mobile app allowed you to zoom into a single day.

Tired and Passé

1
We have used this app for more than five years. It’s getting to be time to find one that is up to date. A while back, when entering recurring events, we found that entering an end date put the event into every day to the end of time. They told us not to enter an end date until after the dates we're entered, then end up going forward. Very awkward, but it was still a very good program. Now, the program is logging us off our ipads when we enter anything on our android phones. Since I switch between them all day long, I complained. They said change your password. I saw no logic in that, but did so. My wife still got logged off. Then I was logged off. I told them there was a problem. They told me they could not figure it out. Great response. Stupid response. I would not accept a response like that from an employee and we are now reviewing other programs. Cozi, if you solve the problem, you have a small window to get back to me. UPDATE it’s still happening. Sat down tonight to put something in and had to log back in when I had not logged off.

The App Fails

1
I downloaded the app and it wanted access to my camera to have a “family photo.” I did not want to share photos of my family with the app developers, but without a photo, I could not add other family members to the account. I tried to take a photo of a toy as a work around, but the app kept closing (crashing) when I selected the photo. This seems like a privacy violation.

Journal

4
I very much like this app and would have given it a 5Star but disappointed the way the journal works. When one adds something to the calendar a notice is sent out but no so with the journal. It seems if you could be done with one why not both...

Over priced upgrade

2
The free version is fine. The upgrade to monthly view is just expensive. I’d rather save the $2.50 a month they charge as a service. I get it, everyone is charging as a service now days.
